Always getting our order wrong, specifically we order French vanilla they give us ice cap every time

I go to get an order it was pretty big so they ask me to wait outside. They take their time not a big deal. They come out with my order all packed into 1 tiny bag. I check for my stuff I’m missing my timbits I think, maybe they didn’t charge me for it however they did. I go back around I tell them end up giving me the timbits I drive home get ready to eat I take one bite and there’s bacon in my wrap when I didn’t ask for it. I asked for a crispy chicken wrap with ranch that’s a menu item the chicken bacon ranch is a different item. This isn’t the first time nor will it be the last unless these idiots are fired.

Food was burned, had some hair in it and they have made the portion size smaller, and raised the pricing, rip off. Dissatisfied…

We visited together with 4 friends at 9: 00 pm on August 3rd. Definitely very successful. Staff are great, cleanliness is very good. Thank you very much to the team working here, they are all like angels. I liked Tim Hortons more because of you. Thank you

Manager was nice after the employees left me hanging there waiting for my order.
I also did lots if drive thru with this location and no mistakes.

Amazing staff members. They treat their customers with respect and care about their orders. They always make my food and drink perfect. The coffee and food is always fresh here. Must Visit

The drive through agent shouted at customer and scared us. Very rude and can’t hear clearly.

Strictly avoid this place. Person who was at service (guy) is worst. Does not know how to behave with customers. Very rude, he should be fired and disgrace to other indians. Absolutely pathetic and misbehaved individual. Ruined my drink as well, because i asked him to crush the ice well. Idiot has to be thrown out immediately.

I went to grab grill cheese melt at 7 pm, and the guy said he had just cleaned the grill and won't be making any more sandwiches—terrible customer service. And the store closes at 9 pm; I was very disappointed.

This location used to be amazing, like over the top. Drive through & front counter were great. Now it's difficult to get service as a walk in customer, as the front counter is rarely staffed or looked at, leaving groups of people standing around trying to get the attention of staff in the back room or around the corner.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Worse Location ever, The gentleman that helped me was very rude. Made me wait 10 minutes in the drive-through line. When the order was done wrong.he basically Gave me attitude and told me you order it so good luck with that. I asked him to remake the order, He told me to pay for another drink. Goes and print out the receipt and gave it to me. And told me to leave the drive thur… what am I going to do with a drink that I can’t drink?
I WILL NEVER EVER GO TO THAT LOCATION.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Double check your order every time. You have better chances of winning the lotto than them getting your order right. Their customer service lacks to words I cannot use to express how bad. Even when they get your order wrong they argue that your in the wrong which is absolutely mind blowing. Better to go to the one across the street
Better service and quality

The place lacks customer service.
They filled up my cappuccino with sugar without even asking me.
Bought a 6 pack dought, all of them tasted that they were stale. Never had such disappointing food at timmy before.
Someone from head office should follow up the customer service and quality practices of this location

This place lacks customer service. They don't even deserve a star. I have made frequent visits in the morning in hopes that maybe, just maybe it may change. I understand that the mornings can be extremely busy, but NO CUSTOMER should ever feel rushed. CUSTOMERS should be greeted with a Good morning, but you don't even get that. They just ask "how you paying? " - what happened to "Good morning, how will you be paying"? They also rush with giving you your order. Its not very friendly. I was extremely disappointed this morning as it was not even that busy. There was one vehicle behind me and the woman serving me just rushed giving my order. I strongly suggest that upper management re-trains their staff on BASIC CUSTOMER SERVICE and how it can go a long way. I much rather to take my business to Starbucks as I know I am ALWAYS GREETED with a FRIENDLY greeting. It's unfortunate that most Tim Horton locations all lack basic customer service skills. Tim Hortons Head Office should be concerned but I almost feel like they don't even care. It's unfortunate. If you don't care for customer service, then this is one of the many locations you can come to.

Horrible service, the wait is ridiculous, food is thrown together so sloppy, the fruit quencher I ordered was basically warm water, I honestly asked for my money back. This place is always like this, been going there for 1.5 years now and its horrible. I have no choice as it's the only one by my jobsite.

It is the coffee and breakfast place you can visit, the variety of choice from drinks, food and sweets all fresh, ready and under one roof, the new loyalty card added perks and icing on the cake have Tim Hortons day
