Will Never order coffe or green tea here again. Taste so bad. It’s doesn’t taste /feel like regular Tim Horton.

A small service counter inside the Shell at Bathurst and Bloomington. No drive thru. Quick freindly service.

The owner of the gas station (shiesta) is always complaining and has a horrible additude.she needs to be fired

Friendly staff. I come here all the time and too many people overeacting and harrasing these minimum wage employees for stupid reasons.

Muffin tops had some crunch to them. Exceptionally rare for Tims. And a gas station tims at that. I wish I got this lucky with my 5 leg parlays.

The worst service ever! Takes 30 min to wait!
After we received order none of the breakfast sandwiches were correct!

The 2 ladies working today need some customer service training. As being the only person standing to order or pick up neither would acknowledge me. It looks like both hate their jobs. The younger lady with glasses always seems so bitter I wonder why she is working in service if she does not enjoy working with people.

I did greet the person three times, Hi, hello, hi and she did not respond:)
Last I asked her whether she knows how to greet customers and eventually she could say a hello. Her name is Irene. I think, staff needs some very basic training.

Tried the new Birthday cake specialty donut with a medium 2 cream 1 sugar coffee. This has to be one of my favorite donuts now. To be honest, this is the first time trying this one. Too bad these are always for a limited time only. Great with my coffee. Second time at this location and a great cup of coffee. Some other Tim Horton locations are mediocre or lousy. Great staff with beautiful smiles adds to my satisfaction for this location.

Today is May 31st, 2022 6pm, whoever is the manager/owner here check who this rude liar of an employee is and kindly ask her to not take out her frustrations on your customers as well as when confronted with errors apologize for waisting plz money and time. Horrible customer service. Young Asian Canadian cashier lied twice to me that I would be getting a grilled chicken wrap once while her colleague was making it and I noticed that it looked crispy not grilled and then when I asked her colleague the cashier answered yelling it's grilled and lo and behold when I started eating my hard earned meal if was not grilled but dry and hard crispy. I went inside and asked her why she lied to me she never even looked at me kept ignoring me, so I asked for ketchup for my wedges then shed dropped the packs on the counter never apologized and just hid behind her screen, finally another customer approached. I work hard for my money and felt very disrespected.

Rude staff. I ordered two drinks and a sandwich but didn't get a tray. I picked one tray which was within my reach. The rude staff reminded me twice that I was not supposed to touch the trays! It seems like covid has driven many people crazy. By the way, I did not touch any other tray other than the top one that I picked.
