Honestly not worth any stars. Forgot a simple item for my order. And the manager Abdul, Learn how to speak politely and professionally to your customers. Bad customer service for sure.

Poor customer service. They are so rude and unethical. They have no manners at all. They don’t follow instructions at all.

The lids from the coffee cops smell like sheet, they don’t wash their hands, unbelievable unprofessional

Had a very experience. The staff is very rude and don’t listen and consider the problem a customer is facing. Always give wrong order.

I went to this Tim Hortons inside Toronto General Hospital and order a sandwich with my debit card, my payment went through and I told the cashier that I forgot to scan my points then she tried to cancel the transaction but it went already through, but she refused to give me my food, I call my bank and I was told that the payment was made. I spoke with the lady manager and she ignored me. This is unacceptable

Doesn't accommodate hospital evening staff. Most of their items are out of stock 2 hours before closing. Only baked goods but rarely lunch items

They don't like to feed people after 6pm. I work evenings at the hospital beside it and all they have is left over pastries from the morning

Everyday, 1.5 hours before close they start cleaning up and will never serve you any sandwiches because they've already cleaned the grill and microwave. Older brown gentleman doesn't fill your coffee to the top and has attitude when you ask to pour to the top. They are always out of dark roast too cuz they start cleaning the urns way to early.

Tim Horton's abandoned healthcare workers at the Toronto General Hospital. Closed up both locations in the hospital. Not impressed.

I have been a customer everyday. The cashier's are very nice. The only thing that bothers me a lot is the fact that they closed first when the Corona pandemic started! I have always advocated for Tim Hortons. I was so disappointed that in this tough time, they didn't support us as healthcare workers and didn't provide service to their customers! There is Starbucks in the same building and second cup in Mount Sinai hospital that they not only stayed open but also started giving free coffee to healthcare workers some days. I believe that in difficult times, you can see who really cares about customers.

Poor selection at any time other than mornings. Staff can't seem to handle more than the simplest orders

Stuck in the middle of the entrance off Nassau and Bathhurst in the lobby of the Toronto Western Hotel is another Timmie's. Sorey to say but everytime I have been here, the selection and numbers of donuts is lacking. Luckily enough there is another Timmie's right across the street at Bathurst and Dundas.northwest corner.

Great staff at my Tim's watering hole. A lot of friendly Filipinos work here which is a plus as I can talk to them in their language. Always nice to be where employees are efficient and cheerful.
