Tim Hortons

Need to replace whole staff.
Dont know how to take orders (Always messing up food) and super slow.

My husband messed up his order. He was trying to be kind to my needs that he did not complete his order. We had stepped out of the store when we realized he did not complete his order. We apologized and they were kind to make his order.

Every time I have bad experience with this tim horton due to their worker give cold steep tea

I waited for a donut and ice coffee, the customer service rep wasn’t at his station, then when he charged me he charged me a different order which cost more but gave me something that cost me 50c more, but I said will you refund the difference and he outright said “no”, so I asked why not? Didn’t I overpaid? And he said no, he couldn’t refund only 50c, and I said very politely maybe at least apologize for overcharging the wrong order? Then he started raising his voice, I can’t refund 50c, just take the donut and go, I was so surprised I asked “what do you mean? You’re the one overcharging customers” there were police behind me, then he pulled out 50c from his cash register and said fine then take 50c from ‘my pocket’ … I said “what? Your pocket? You could simply apologize making a mistake” and then he said next and i just stormed off without taking it. Terrible terrible attitude

This place is amazing! They offered the best coffee and showed the best attitude to its costumers.their coffee is as ggo as of starbucks.the aroma, taste is so tempting.value for money and easily available.

They need to clean their machines often. Iced capp tasted sour most of the time so drink and money just ended up being thrown away in the trash.

They will forget that you ordered something. They will look at you several times, wondering why you're just standing there waiting. You try to get their attention. If they look at you, they will just look away again. And then when they finally acknowledge you, they tell you that it's your fault that they forgot your order. This place is a hive of high level caste arrogance.

It is a gas station tims. What more can you expect? Oh wait that's right horrible wait times

If you want true tasty coffee and feel like home, this is the place to go. Honest chief cooks, hospitable cashiers. I come with my daughter every Thursday. Highly recommended.

Look, I love tim hortons.however this particular tim hortons never has anything in stock.never any potato wedges or chicken noodle soup.however I just enjoyed a turkey bacon club thoroughly.not bad

Today March 29 had to be the slowest service at a Tim Horton's I had ever seen. The workers looked like total zombies. There were five on duty and they seemed to be doing everything possible to delay having to take the next customer. Deliberately talking slowly and walking around slowly. One of the ladies barely spoke English and made no effort to speak louder or clearly. She looked totally spaced out what a garbage Tim's this is.

Alot of workers but it takes forever to get an order. Workers always just look busy but not doing anything
