Decent Tim Hortons, usually has the food selections stocked, and drinks as usual. Nothing exceptional but nothing terrible either, just an average Tim Hortons. Be advised, rush hour times can include lengthy drive thru lines, you're better off walking inside during those hours.
Rude service.staff is slow. Wrong orders and apparently I'm the rude one who just went back to get order corrected wanted a lrg coffee but I beleive was charged a lrg fv
Prime example of mismanagement- poor communication- do not order drive through- their staff members are either against management or just passing their time for free coffee or lunches but for sure up against something- we are living in the area for last 12 years and had witnessed this location goes down from top to bottom down- honestly real disappointed!
Very disappointed. First time ordering the pant-based sausage, egg and cheese sandwich and found a hair in it. Very disgusting, threw it out right away. Sandwich wasn't made properly. Egg was coming out and cheesed was all over the wrapper and not on the sandwich itself.
I went to Tim Horton's for the first time all year and I left a little confused. All this confusion has to do with a sandwich mind you.
Apparently, They discontinued the cream cheese garden veggie sandwich. Yet at the same time have bagel and cream cheese, provide tomatoes, lettuce and various types breads to make it.
After this super real pandemic that doesn't make actual sense it's only logical that they would discontinue a simple sandwich eventhough they have the common basic ingredients to make the sandwich. It may not be with the same bread however they still had bread. Confused? I was too.
Positive note the sandwich I took instead tasted good. I'll probably be back in another year to try it again.
Supervisor Meagan makes this location ridiculous to go to. If you order a drink and she's the one that makes it, she only fills it HALF WAY. I ask why do you do this and she says it's company policy to only fill drinks half way. Like, NO IT ISN"T. No other location does this, heck NONE of the other staff at THIS location even do this. If you're going to come to this location, call ahead and make sure Meagan isn't on shift or else go to another location.
Very disappointed! The lady that serve me today at 9: 55 am told me that “ I’m sorry I should have asked it before” I said “ I showed it to you but you point me to the tap machine and told me it’s $15.88 so I tapped my bank card? ! So then I did not get my $ off my purchased
Never order Uber from here. Ordered 3 times, and every time half the order is missing or the coffee spills ruining everything. The store has their phones setup to not accept phone calls. Horrible horrible. Don't use. I have had no issues with other fast food places and Uber orders
Limited seating due to Covid19 restrictions the staff are still quick and efficient. I do find that the coffee can sometimes taste a bit bitter, but that’s only occasionally
We love this Tim Hortons. The coffee is always fresh, even the decaf. Never had an unsatisfactory coffee at this location. The staff are very friendly and super efficient. Definitely our fav Tims
Ordered a bag in Tea pulled up to the Drive through window saw the gentleman served customer before me with cash and he used the same gloves to touch my teabag and made my tea I asked the gentleman due to Covid I don’t feel comfortable drinking the tea can you please make a new Tea or ask some one else to make the tea and told the gentlemen he should only deal with payment and cashier but he can’t be touching the food and cash politely gentleman [Cashier} used foul language and told me to go to other TimHortons to get my tea what a great morning to start my day! Been going through this location for the last five years today’s the worst experience ever in my life. I hope management does something about this. I asked the gentleman to speak to manager he said nobody’s here only he’s the only one working at 4.45 am.
Brutal experience. Went inside and the wait was ridiculous as they only had one cashier open but Atleast 10 people behind the counter. Customer beside me says it happens all the time ever since a new manager took over. So there you have it Tims.
This spot has always been my go to store. But.the smell of perfume on my lid this morning made me gag. At least once a week I get a coffee with the over powering smell of perfume. It’s really gross first thing in the morning.
This is by far the worst Tim Hortons in whitby. The service is so slow, I’ve had the experience where no one was actually serving, and one time a young male in the window actually swore at a coworker who asked him to do something for her in front of us. I avoid this location at all costs!
So I am a regular customer at this location, I ordered my regular two steeped tea’s, one xlg and the other a lg. I went to heat up the large that I paid for but looking inside I got a medium.this has been an issue before but clearly it’s ongoing. If they cut corners for tea, where else do they cut corners.
Normally a very busy store with close access to hwy 401. Not sure how the new constructed road will impede their business. It will be very difficult to get out on to Thickson road again. Coffee and donut was good as well as service.
I work down the road from this location and am getting pretty sick of them not having anything in stock.almost everyday durning my meal break when I go they are usually sold out of the first 2 things I'll ask for and then sometimes even when I ask for 4 cheese they are sold out of that to. I get that they cannot always be prepared but like common this is to often
I have to say the BEST experience I get at this Tim Hortons from the second I get to the speaker and hear 1 out 4 voices. If you get Kishan (love this supervisor), Diksha, Jaseem or Amar consider the rest of the transaction to be nothing less then the Grammy awards!
These employees are honestly the best I have seen at any Time Hortons, the management team needs to know they have gems and make sure they are taken care of as employees by investing in their growth.
I also had the pleasure of meeting 2 new employees Owen and Justin great young guys and Justin looked like Brad Pitt in a Tim's Visor:)

2 times now I have ordered a sausage egg and cheese on an English muffin and received no sausage. I'm in a hurry in the morning and do not have time to go back and wait for their slow drive through to fix it.
I've been coming here since I was a very little kid! It is very good and I absolutely love almost every single seasonal doughnut that they have! They also have amazing timbits that are extremely fresh!
Thank you Melissa for being extremely knowledgeable and effective in explaining the functions of a Tim Card to me. I have visited many locations in the GTA where the staff had no clue on how it worked and why it was not giving free French Vanilla as a reward. I really appreciate your patience, knowledge and a pleasant service.
Staff working sooo hard trying to keep up with all the orders due to several tournaments going on in town. Thanks for your great efforts staff! Coffee was great & breakfast wrap was perfect.
For the past year or so, this place seems to always have staff in training. Something goes wrong more times than not at the drive-thru. When I got home, I was EXTREMELY appalled to get a mouthful of bacon (I'm a vegetarian) from my wrap when I ordered a completely different kind. If this location wasn't the closest one to my home, I'd avoid it altogether. They get an extra star for being friendly. I'll give them that.
They never ask you for your rewards card, even tho they said promised they would ever time when i got my rewards card. Ever other Tims remembers to ask you for your rewards card, but at this one you gotta remember to give them yourself. And on top of that, they don't always take it and always making up some sort of stupid excuse just they save themself money
The lunch crew at this location runs the rush like a professional sports team. Pretty impressive to see them coordinate and execute under pressure, manage difficult orders and still get me my coffee and a bagel in a timely manner!
Cheryl was the cashier and maybe store manager. She was fixing something and the store was very busy but that did not seem to disturb her. She simply and calmly fixed the problem and continued to serve the clients when she was able.
Staff are never ready to take your order. My daughter has been there on several occasions and has been treated badly. It smells like a homeless village. I've made a decision to never come here again. This place will never be good.
Ordered iced coffee it was awful. Not done rite. Please train your associates. Normally service is very good but today it was not the best. I like this location normally. I also like the fact that you guys have a garbage bin still in drive thrue. Please don’t remove it.
BAD customer service, I went through the drive through this morning and the manager was serving me. SO rude the manager whispered under her breath what a bit**. Like I'm sorry I ask for another shot of cream because your creamer machine was out. The fact that she would even call me that. Like it was your fault the machine wasn't changed over, I asked so politely and she was so rude back. Brutal.

BRUTAL STORE. ZEROS ACROSS THE BOARD. This store has ZERO customer service ZERO training on their manegement staff and ZERO for cleanliness. I have been there numerous times and the way the manegement staff treats their employees is disgusting. Head office needs to get in there and clean that store right out. I have seen managers yelling at staff members first hand and this is not what a work place should be. ALSO not to mention the fact that they NEVER get my order right. I have gotten at least 65 coffee promises this year alone. Ridiculous. I'll be going to Starbucks from now on!

WORST STORE EVER! I WILL NEVER BE BACK IN TO THAT LOCATION. WORST CUSTOMER EVER! The management is so RUDE and disrespectful. I can’t even believe this store is still standing.this management team is the worst, they need someone in there from head office to reboot this store. They need a reality check and need to get over them selves. I went in today to get a coffee through it was made wrong. I went into the store and the manager Kelsey said she can’t do anything about it and continued to be a rude snobby a**. Won’t be shopping here anymore.
