Young girls working on Sat. November 11th at 6: 40 pm, require further training and attitude adjustments when dealing with customers. Was in the drive thru.had 3 cars ahead of me.and none behind me. Girl taking my order is rushing me for my order.my bf is clearly deciding which muffin he wants after asking if they have danishes. She hears us deciding and proceeds to scream HELLO in the speaker. Other coworker comes to her defense when. I said.excuse me.who do you think you're talking to like that. I have 3 cars ahead and no one behind me.why are you rushing my order for. Proceeded to pay.with a girl full of attitude. Your staff needs proper training in a big way. Your store was also filthy!

This location was not the greatest experience, it was one of the worst I have ever been at and also unacceptable on how it is being runned.
The staff ran around clueless of what was going on because I had to read my mobile order 3 times to two different people, there is no system at this location at all no direction for customers to know where to go and having to ask where their order is.
The management here has failed drastically,
The bathroom is disgusting and dirty, the baby change table is broken, the lobby was not as clean and garbages full.
There needs to be some major changes and leadership here because there is none at all.

This Tims is a nightmare, they're always running out of ready product, they get my order wrong at least 30% of the time, they only cut my bagel 50% of the time, and there's often a 20 minute wait for anything other than drinks. Go to another tims, for your own good.

The moble order was late, even thought I ordered an ice coffee about 5 minutes ago. And as I arrive expecting my order to be on the counter, but instead I had to wait 3 minutes for my orders. The cashier did absolutely nothing but wandering around the front and did nothing until she finally noticed me. She then asked her co-worker about my order. He told her to make the order. I was little disappointed. The service there is terrible, it looks like the staff are too busy chatting and socializing with each out and don’t want anything to do with helping the customers.

Very bad customer service, mobile orders are never on time even though order is placed 15 minutes ahead of time. Very unprofessional customer service. Quality of food is poor, you will find flies in the bakery items and savoury section all the time! This is not an one time experience, it’s consistently like this.

We picked up an iced coffee for myself, which I order without ice. The cup we received was barely half full. When we asked the girl why it was like that she told us that that is the amount of coffee we paid for so that is what we get, spoke to us rudely and treated my friend's husband as though as he was stupid for asking. I have never had an issue at the McDonald's in the same plaza and we will not be going back to this Tim Hortons anytime soon. Ignorant staff with no customer service skills and I find it abhorrent to pay almost four dollars for half of a serving of "iced coffee" that is so warm I cannot hold the cup. Do better.

Thank you to all the friendly staff and exceptional service at this Tim Hortons. One of the best Tim Horton's I've been to. Always fast, friendly service even when it's really busy and orders have always been correct.

Horrible experience. MANAV the drive thru person refused to give me my order I paid for. Vigorously cussed and kept my order from me that I paid for. Hope no one else experiences such disrespect at this location due to negligence and Incompetence. If it was not the closest location to my work I would never return. If you have an option to go elsewhere I suggest so. Everyday there’s an issue whether it’s manav or another drive thru person. Either incomplete orders or wrong coffee being served. In summary I do not recommend this location in the slightest.

Worst tim hortons I've ever been to. Everyone is so slow and incompetent its unbelievable. 1 out of the 10 people behind the counter can speak with any legibility and they're slow af even when the stores empty. Absolute airheads. Hire some people that are at least half alive next time. Disgusting place. No wonder tim hortons is a Canadian joke nowadays

This is our daily tim hortons for coffee and food sometimes and we will no longer go here anymore. We will go to the one north of here even if our house is literally around the corner. Its sad…. Customer service is non existent and they never get our order correctly. At times of breakfast they dont have hash browns or plain croissant at 8am which is peak hours. They have also given us numerous times uncooked plain croissants. When you try and be nice and talk to them about it they dont apologize they just give you attitude. Dont waist your time going to this location. Horrible!

Owner and managers of this place very races.they pick there work base on there region or where you from if you are from India you will get a job here if not they don't want to see your cv.very bad service

The lady on the drive thru was screaming "oh my god! " because I asked to have my coffee in a medium cup. Totally normal customer service behavior these days

Get an ice coffee this morning and don’t know what’s wrong with the cup when it spilled out on my clothes when I drink it. I don’t want to be rude but you guys should be careful about it. It ruins my day.

I went there on 25th of july i spent 15dollars and it was emergency for me to use the washroom as i have bad stomach condition but the lady was doing mop over there did not let me to use the washroom

This location is far from perfect but in this part of town it’s one of the better ones. They are open late night. Only major complaint is that even sometimes during the middle of day they have to make steeped tea, so the management clearly isn’t very strict here since that’s a company policy.

I ordered through the app, paid 27.85 and wasn’t packed my crsp chicken wrap and my egg sandwich came incorrect (sausage sandwich) I don’t eat meat/pork. Very disappointed with this restaurant organization.

Used to come to this Tim's all the time. Basically across the street from my house. That is until I discovered a cleanliness/training issue.

I was watching as they processed my order. The guy took my order wearing disposable gloves. Touched the till and other surfaces then touched my food then back to the till.

Who knows how long he was wearing the same gloves! I asked him to change his gloved and get me a new muffin then he told me it was the last one. I just left without taking my order and most likely will not be back. There are 4 other Tim's in the area.

My rating is a tough one for me because the front line staff are pretty awesome.

If it weren't for them the rating would be a 1 star.

I'm a privately contracted psw and one of my clients loves Tim Hortons. As does my own son, 29, autistic.

We come here 3-4 times a week

The front line staff, whether in store or drive through, are incredible.

They recognize us and understand certain accommodations without the need to ask

However

Management of this location is a different story.

Do not expect to be able to use the Tims app/digital gift card to pay for purchases.

Since before Covid they've said "it's not working, we don't know when it'll be fixed", (it's been 3 years!)

Product selection is EXTREMELY limited and highly unpredictable

and well then this today.

The pic I'm sharing is from us waiting, as told by the server, by the garbage bins (38 mins, twice getting out of the car, walking to the drive through window and asking "um where is it" all for an English muffin and a chocolate chip muffin) @timhortons (Keele and St Clair). This bird kept flying up, sitting on both driver and passenger mirrors. It is obviously used to people being stuck in this corner, waiting interminably.

There is another Tim Hortons 5 mins away on St Clair just west of Runnymede. It unfortunately doesn't have drive through, but you can use the Tim Hortons app to pre-purchase/pay at the counter, and they have a full selection at all times. There is also a Tim Hortons at Keele and Rogers, with drive through, although traffic there is nasty at all times of day, and one at Keele and Bloor (no drive through, limited parking, limited selection)

Unless you happen to be right beside this particular Tim's, I'd detour and go to one of the others.

Terrible service. The manager (tall brown dude with a big bald spot on his head) is absolutely disgusting and horribly rude. Avoid this location AT ALL COSTS

Very poor service and specially staff is very rude! They don't know they are working in canada. Tims should get back their work fron them.

WORST LOCATION EVER! I Can't believe I went back after the last experienced I had there.

Don't order mobile order since this location purposely doesn't update the quantities remaining. Twice no product and the answer sorry we cannot refund you but we can offer something else.

They had no hashbrowns at 10am so they offered us a donut. They gave us the wrong coffee order so immediately we returned at the cashier informing her these coffees are black with sugar only.she responded " I will change it if you like". CAN'T SHE JUST READ THE ORDER SUBMITTED ONLINE. IT'S NOT BRAIN SURGERY SKILLS SET TO MAKE A COFFEE

We drove away and guess what no sugar in the coffees.well I guess it was payback for her asking her to deliver what we paid for!

Bottom line. I want my money back and don't with that location

They get 1 star because the building is new

Doors are locked at 1 AM and they will not serve customers on foot at the drive thru despite claiming to be open 24 hours.

Dirtist tim hortons i have ever been to, garbage on floor everywhere sticky tables just disgusting - staff standing around doing nothing

During my short visit, whilst sitting to enjoy my coffee, I noticed people asking why the toilet was "out of order". The attendant explained it was going to e cleaned. During that time, I saw NO attempt to clean the toilet.it was a convenient way of brushing people off.my suggestion to your employees is that they make toilet cleaning a priority.youre a busy stop over, and none of the people asking were hobos.that has me asking: why the delay?

Extremely rude Drive in service, there is a particular yells at me every time, not sure if that’s her normal tone of talking. I request tap water in a cup for my dog, keeps arguing to charge me for tap water. Seems like they want to push you to buy bottle water.

This is my first time visited this store.
They are keeping well managed people coming to store and going out. And clean everything is good.

This location is very rude, disrespectful, curl and and uses you. They don't even know what is mean of respect and fairness. Please do buy their food they will use you and slender you!

There is a huge leakage in their toilet and that’s why their toilet situation is super gross.no one is attempting to rectify the problem and whenever you’re asking to clean the toilet they will come up with excuses of having lots of customers and being super busy and they will brush you off although there is not even one customer inside

This timmy's is so disorganized. You have to repeat and repeat. You say bag and they give you a box. You say 6 and get 1. Paid 6 dollars for 6 plain donuts. Not deserving of 1 star. I always thought buying by the half dozen or dozen it was cheaper. But they charge for each donut I guess.

Guy working 19 september, 2: 30 AM is a real gem. He is really nice to customers and his service his very quick. "Dil khush karta jatta"️‍️
