Tim Hortons

Very unorganized. The card machines are slightly faulty, and the most frustrating aspect is the consistent waiting time. Even after the staff notices you, they'll keep you waiting regardless of how busy or slow it is.

When things go wrong, that's when we find out if customer service is any good. Luckily, at this store, they were awesome. I made a mistake and ordered from the wrong place in the afternoon, but could only pick it up at night. I explained the situation, and the manager fixed it right away. I really appreciate their help.

This is the worst.coffee is horrible. Never get an order right. Watered-down chil, stail eveything. Just close up

Large timmies. Seems constantly under staffed. Long waits in comparison to other Tim Hortons. The line up situation is more of a free for all and the staff don’t care who lined up first. Two counters to order and they run some sort of hybrid line up “system” where you can easily bud in line if you’re a jerk. The only thing it has going for it is it’s location.

The best place to grab a coffee and just walk by the waterfront. My go to place when i need to grab breakfast over weekend and sit by the water and watch the planes go by!

One person at register does work, kitchen prep not really, got wrong order and found out while driving on highways, double check your orders before leaving!

This us an old Timmys near waterfront in Toronto washrooms we're dirty mens and wife said ladies too they needed cleaning badly staff were told not up to scratch service was ok coffee nice and soup too needs a refurbishment tbh.

Less than a 3 min.walk. If you walk to Clifton Hill from Travelodge doors go up the hill (if I've got the correct property) it's on the left side going up about midway up the hill. Not long at all. (If I've got the wrong property and you're at the hotel on the top of clifton, go to clifton go down the hill. It's on the right going down the hill. If you want to use reference points to find Tim Hortons, it's across from burger king, beside movie land wax museum and Boston pizza. Near the ferris wheel.

The staff is very friendly and nice. But the whole store is so dirty! You can’t find a clean table in there because the store never gets cleaned. The Bathrooms are even worse, very disgusting to go in there.

I officially found the dirtiest and most foul washroom ever. No offence given to the food or the niceness of the people that work there. Please take pride in your washroom.

Terrible experience at this tim Hortons.
Got wraps and sandwiches. Chicken wasn't cooked enough and ultra soggy. Not to mention the bacon which looked like it was dried out instead of cooked.
Avoid that place

It's Timmies. The whole world meets here, so to speak, which is really nice. But very full. The (nice) staff do their best to make it usual good. It can take a little longer but understandable. I like going in here too. All kind of coffee/tea, Oatmeal, Soups, lots of Bagels, Muffins, Bowls, Wraps, the famous Timbits, Hash.and Specials. Try and enjoy! We Canadians like to drink the "Double-Double" coffee in the morning)

Came today at this Tim's and very disappointed for the first time. The lady working there in the noon needs to learn how to deal with customers and needs to relax. I ordered vanilla cream cold brew iced Coffee and they are giving regular iced coffee. When I told it's not what I want she makes a face and says we mix it. I have this coffee every day so I know how it looks like. Plus they are not at all organized.

Friendly customer service. Sandwich and coffee were good. Overall cleanliness could be improved.

The staff working there is great. They treat their guests well and with respect. Moreover, if they look any well mannered guests in trouble, they apologise with their heart and never let the guest leave without a smile on their face.

It is located in the centre of the tourist spot, so always busy. So can't blame the staff if they do mess up our order. Better double-check before you pick up your order. Couldn't use the washroom as it was not clean! Again can not blame them as it was qued up by non-customers. Taste-wise, same as other locations.

Sandwiches with rotten lettuce is on the menu. One time I could understand but it’s pretty typical for this location unfortunately. Just picked up my turkey bacon club and the lettuce is literally black (again)

You may stand in the line to order but you will never be called as there will be customers who will randomly go and place their order and you will be waiting like a fool to place yours. When told the person over the counter the response was I am tired and don’t have time to do those extra things. If you want you can place your order or else you can go somewhere else. If you are white don’t worry abt it you will be treated with respect if not then stay in line you will be called for your order.

Food is almost the same here but the restaurant is dirty. The floor looks like it was washed with dirty dish water. The washrooms were worse than any I’ve ever seen with feces splattered on the toilet and wall in both the mens and women’s washroom. Toilet paper holders were broken, the change station was broken and dirty. It’s as if they’ve given up and have no standards for cleanliness. My biggest worry is if the floor, seating areas and washrooms were this bad, then how bad is it where the food is prepared and stored. I would personally avoid this location until changes are made.

Who's idea was it to have the menu screen change every 3 seconds? Is this a joke? Is it a kind of game of "chase and find the thing you want? "

I thought humanity sort of had fast food menus figured out some time ago.

Nice Tim Hortons in the lakeshore blvd/Queens Quay area. The store is conveniently located in a nice area where people take walks. Professional staff and the store is clean and organized

I often go to this Timmies. The staff there have always been very nice and service is quick. One of the few places that left their bathroom open during Covid insanity and they should be rewarded key to the city for this deed alone. Lol. This place has a good vibe to me and I appreciate their service.

The breakfast sandwiches tasted so dry and bland, and had a sad look too. Buy them from other Tim Hortons. Their menu is smaller than other Tim Hortons.

This is by far the worst location. They constantly get orders wrong and are never consistent with their orders. I have been given the wrong order and when I told him, he asked me to keep it since he had already made the sandwich. I've also ordered a grilled cheese and there was hair in my sandwich. They are completely clueless and I am completely disgusted by this place.

Usually very happy with roast beef craveable but today, beef was cold and staff took more time than most. Has to ask for reheat

I am living at the harbourfront from last 3 years. The old staff at this tim Hortons used to make everything so good. They used to greet you well and serve the best customer service. But now the new staff makes the worst coffee ever and I had to bring this up because it is the 8-9th time, my coffee taste bitter, the crispy chicken sandwich had a RUBBER like chicken in it, hash brown was so hard that it can break my teeth and here is a look of my bagel, I don’t understand why I am paying for cream cheese when there’s barely anything there. I would like to request to please train your staff well as they are working in a Canadian brand and learn some etiquettes how to greet their customers. I also want to complaint about the manager who is working there, he seems to be a hardworking guy but when I complained about my coffee, he didn’t pay attention to me much and just turned around kept talking to the other staff. I really won’t recommend anyone to go and eat at this tim Hortons again until their staff is trained enough.
