Tim Hortons

It’s a big location and I always start my day with a Tim’s coffee, it’s always busy with a line up, if you are in rush this is not the Tim’s you should be stopping or place a mobile order so that you don’t wait, entire staff is hardworking, the place is always a mess in every corner but the staff have always given the best to keep up clean, as there are lot and lots of homeless people sitting making mess around. But the staff take cares of it alll the time, this location is very close to me so I prefer stopping here. They always have the menu available, and super busy all the time, appreciate the hard work and patience of the entire staff, keep up the freshness and service.

Staff are seriously incompetent and very rude they will get your order wrong and will give you lots of attitude ontop of it being an uncomfortable situation as a whole

Short lady with Specs - Very Rude. I ordered a Coffee and Herb and Garlic pastry she didn't reply back when I was ready to make the payment. She made me wait for 15 mins and started serving other customers and when I asked her about my order she rudely replied back. Pease train them to treat customers with dignity as we pay for our Food. Next time if she keeps up this rough behavior I'll report her.

The short lady with glasses who worked today, has SO MUCH attitude and is always arguing when she clearly didn't hear orders. Clearly from most of the reviews I AM NOT the only one.

The most rudest and unkind servers you'll ever meet at a Tim Horton's, would give a zero if I could.

NOT even worth a star, or anything! Terrible and disgusting attitude with ZERO customer service by the old lady BAKER with burble dyed hair who has been working there since decades! She is a racist and so rude, she has her own restaurant policy that is different than the corporate policy! When some people ask her to use the washroom, she asks them to buy something first in order to use it! It happened to me too! It depends on the person she is talking to, and if she likes them or not! Probably if you are not from the same race as she is from, she will give you an attitude! The restaurant closes at 11: 00 PM, The staff closes the dining area 8: 00 PM every day, which I have never seen at any other Tim Horton's location before! The restaurant lady manager is so negative person and does not interfere whenever something happens! Seems the Franchisee guy is happy about what is going on and just care about money only! I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone.

This is one of the few good ones. Spacious and has great views of the city. Service ain’t too shabby either.
