Tim Hortons

I don’t normally write poor reviews but I have no idea what’s going so wrong with this Tim hortons. Last weekend I ordered a simply sausage on a biscuit and a side of chipotle sauce through the drive through, im on Richmond heading in the opposite direction after getting my order check the bag and the chipotle is missing, I then open the breakfast sandwich and it’s on an English muffin. So I go back and they redo my order. Fast forward today I order the same thing through the drive thru but this time I park to check the order is correct and the simply sausage has egg on it so I go back in, no apology just an “oh I’ll remake it” then proceeds to continue making a few other orders before starting mine and I wait there for close to 10 mins. Not to mention I sit in the drive through for atleast 20 mins each time, save yourself the headache and go to a different Tim hortons

This is the worst tim Horton's in London Ontario, period. Every time I go there, huge wait time (even when I'm literally the only customer) and the drinks are never made correctly. I always have to politely ask for the employees to add more sugar / milk, or re stir the drink. This store has single handedly made me break up with Tim Hortons. Do better.

Just avoid, unorganized that leads to terrible service and undoubtedly health concerns. No turkey, toaster broken, etc.clearly absent owners - time for a surprise health board check. If they can’t do the basics - they are lacking more broadly.

I have avoided this location for 3 years due to my order always being wrong and horrible drive thru time. (I once waited 17 minutes for a coffee, stuck in the drive thru lane) I recently went through drive thru again thinking it’s been 3 years they must have new staff or new management, it couldn’t possibly be as bad…I was wrong. Drive thru time way too long from time or placing order and actually getting my food. Again order was wrong. How is this possible? You need at least 4-5 staff to run that location each shift. Front counter cash, front counter expediter, dry thru cash and drive thru expediter. Get it together!

I was there today on my lunch break. I ordered a turkey sandwich. They didn’t have the buns so they did a wrap no problem at all I understand but I asked for no tomato, I got tomato. Along that I ordered three ice coffees only received the two. I didn’t realize till I was back to my destination hence my rush (due to my break) that I had paid for the iced coffee and didn’t get…… very disappointing that they weren’t aware…: (

I come almost every day on my lunch break and the workers are always so kind and accommodating, even when it’s swamped their customers service is always phenomenal! Always leave with a smile

Best timmies to get your coffee in the morning. The girl working the drive thru is the friendliest and prettiest ever! She liked my voice lol. Fast and organized establishment. Favourite location for my morning coffees!

We ordered 2 crispy habenaro chicken wrap around 04 30 pm today. The chicken inside the wrap was totally uncooked and hard. The breading on top became soggy.

Food toooook forever to make and it was a simple order, attitude was poor and I had to bag my own food because they were to busy with one car in the drive thru

This location is chintzy. Just got a bagel from drive through with just butter toasted. Barely any butter, go back inside (who wants to eat a dry bagel) firstly I’m accused of coming from another location, get past that hump. Get the bagel remade…. Guess what. Dry with a hint of butter. There’s one guy that works here and he’s great always has been. But all these other employees act as if it’s personal. Anyways my replacement bagel went into the garbage and I’ll never return to this location. Who needs the attitude when trying to correct an item. I’m at the point with Tim hortons as a whole that I wish there were more options to go to for coffee and snacks. Nothing but downhill over the last few years.

Worst customer service experience of my life. The workers act like you dont exist. And take 5 to 10 mins to serve EACH person. Crazy. Guess I know where I'm not going again.

The drive thru is incredibly slow, as is going inside. The staff are really friendly but very, very slow. The drive thru is double any other location.

Have been part of a several car reverse out departure from drive through from advancement being to slow.

Grind some curbs and install another intercom.

Always out of the slow roast or grilled chicken whatever you call it for wraps. 3 times in a row now. #rude

She sounded very angry and did everything for me in a bad behaviour.
