Decent Tim Hortons. They struggle with the morning rush, but they are always hustling and trying to be as quick as possible.

One of the bad Tim's have visited and unprofessional staff. Rude behaviour, Mixing up order.

The line was not that long inside but was taking a long time for basic drink orders. Seemed unorganized from where I was standing.

Late review… however in the summer on July 1st weekend we traveled to Bobcaygeon to visit friends. We needed a quick bite to eat. I did not want to go to Tim Hortons as I felt done with them and their food. But it was the only quick stop before our destination spot. I must say, everything was perfect. It was by far the best, freshest order we have ever received. The coffee, the steeped tea, the timbits and mostly my BLT on a toasted jalapeño was amazing!

Great restaurant, the staff was good, fast and friendly, great coffee, ham and cheddar sandwich was great, walked in and walked back out within 3 mins. Perfect.

Twice I ordered egg bacon and sausage sandwich. Came with no egg then second time no bacon. Wasn't happy

They had no soups I got chilly didn't get a spoon or butter my wife got a tea wasn't hot tasted like coffee not good

Probably one of the most unique Tim Hortons I've went to. Let me start off by saying the staff is amazing. When I went through the drive thru it was packed. I couldn't even imagine the stress and rush the workers had to go through. Even through that whole line they had a positive attitude. I usually go bi-weekly and let me say, the food is always good. Sometimes they like to add sprinkles on top of the ice cap which is something I have never seen. Overall, one of the best places.

Altho the staff are very friendly there is no reason why you wait 20 minutes for your order and it’s a common occurrence at this Tim’s they really need to staff it properly it’s the slowest Tim’s drive through I have ever been too.

Quite possibly one of the worst Tim Hortons. Coffee was not drinkable and hash browns were like brick. Steer clear.

Please hire the appropriate number of staff. Having little staff is frustrating for not only the customer, but the employees.

Bobcaygeon Timmies always gives our puppy a Timbit at the Drive Thru. Now he waits at his window for his treat!

Served by the supervisor this afternoon, friendly and efficient! Visit this location every weekend, all the staff are great.

Slow staff food was cold and hard, rarely have breakfast stuff, (egg, sausage, bacon) coffee and tea is never good. I will never be back to this store especially with the ignorant staff.

My brothers and I, were out for motorcycle ride. We decided to stopped by for a coffee and a pumpkin spiced muffin, they were good. Thanks Timmy's.

Day shift us getting faster.
Afternoon shift is terrible. So very slow, no reason for them to be this slow. Never smile, say anything or even apologize for the long long wait.
So happy I'm only visiting.

This Tim Hortons is consistently slow, with lacking service. I commonly come here for lunch, and can wait for over 10-15 minutes for just a simple tea and bagel. Really busy, but even with the traffic the wait times can be horrible.

Best timmies by far.staff is always friendly and quick.they could teach the franchise's in Toronto what great customer service is

Decided to put mayonnaise on my sandwich because they ran out of honey mustard without telling me, you should probably ask people first. I can't eat mayo.

If I could give this place negative stars, I would. Ordered two sandwiches, no sauce, no lettuce. What do I get? Two sandwiches with sauce and lettuce, and they were so flustered through drive thru that they couldn’t figure out what happened. Now standing in line, in the store, to get what I wanted. For goodness sake. It’s not THAT hard.

Waited at the drive thru for 22 minutes at 7 pm.usually only this slow during peak times.just saying.im a twice daily customer

Would have gotten 5* but we got our coffee in mugs and they gave us smalls instead of mediums. It happened once before but both if the servers were new so I didn't complain. Everyone makes mistakes when they're new at a job.

Tied for being the slowest Tim Hortons in Kawartha Lakes.
Unlike other slow locations, the people here appear to not care or not understand what it takes to provide timely service.
Absolutely no-one is moving with any sense of urgency.

This timmies is always busy inside yet only one till open. Too long wait! It why I avoid going to Timmies nowadays.

I walked almost half an hour to get to Tim Hortons with my small pekenese dog. I didn't think it was that far, and by the time I arrived, my poor dog was hopping with frozen feet. I picked him up and went inside, and was immediately told to take him outside. Now, in normal weather I'd be ok with that, but his feet were frozen and it would have been cruel, which I pointed out to the guy who told me to leave. I asked then if I could just give him my order and wait outside for it so I could hold the dog. HE TOLD ME NO. So I had to walk all the way back empty-handed. Worst of all, I was coming to get about $20 worth of food for my parents - one of which is having chemotherapy and is having trouble eating, but can stomach some of the items on Tim Horton's menu. I am absolutely furious, freezing and starving, and extremely unhappy right now. Tim Horton's used to be the kind of place that cared about customers.
