than she is throwing of he rude accent, just when I asked that why my coffee is so late,

I appreciate good service or at least an apology for the delay but this has the worst waiting time for a breakfast meal in a rush.

If I could leave no stars I would! Staff rude and never enough staff on duty. Cash left empty when they have line ups. 1 cash is NOT enough when busy. Constantly get orders wrong. This Tim's was 100% better in the old location. Friendlier, more competent staff and never a cash left empty when they were busy. Worst location in Thornhill.

If I could give zero star, I definitely would! We ordered 2 Combos, but they didn’t make it as a combos and charged us the same price. When we talked to them, they were very disrespectful and said that we didn’t mention that we wanted a combo, which we did but they were just distracted talking in their own languages while serving customers. Not to mention that they got the coffee order wrong and didn’t admit they did even they put the writing on top of the cup was wrong from the first place. They did not even bother stirring it after they dumped the milk in it. Lots of attitude, disrespectful. I have been to so many Tim
Hortons and this is the worst I have ever seen. Head office should look into this very seriously. This is not customer service should be.

I ordered 10-pack timbits today Sunday Dec 18th at food court Promenade mall. The service man asked me what I want? Are there many different 10-pack tidbits? At the end the man said they have only plain tidbits left for the day as the picture shows. So, is there need to ask the stupid question at the beginning since they have only plain tidbits left? Very low service quality?

I have been working in this mall for over 6 years and have been going to this Tim's regularly. Over the last year and a bit, service has gotten worse and worse. New staff here are rude & not pleasant to deal with at all. At lunch time when all the students from across the street come to the mall, you really should have more staff working, running 1 cash is just not enough! Out of a 30 min lunch break, standing in line 20 mins is not right. Hopefully better staff will be hired!

Made my friend pay for another wrap bc she had ordered wrong.she was very polite they were nothing but rude

I swear Tim hortons has the rudest staff! That's why I'd rather pay extra $$ and go to Starbucks!

Absolutely awful customer service.that entire team needs to be fired and replaced for the way they treat customers.
