Tim Hortons

They NEVER have the bagel I’m looking for which is 12 grain. If they ever do, they either burn it, don’t toast it or hardly put butter. SERVICE is extremely slow, and they somehow always get the simplest order wrong. This place never fails to disappoint.

The service is tooo bad, worst experience.first we ordered 5 coffee they came after 15 minutes and we were waiting outside and after they bought just 3 again we have to wait. We ordered extra 3 chipotle dips and when we came home they didn’t add even one.they need to work on the service and their behaviour

Worst Tim Hortons location! Took forever to give out the order and then ended up giving me the wrong order! The guy at Drive Through was unprofessional and messed up my entire order

One of the worst tims experiences, always makes me wait after the drive-thru. ALWAYS EVEN FOR A COFFEE SOMETIMES.
Yall need an enforcer managing this place.

Messed my order a couple of times. 1 or 2 times fine, but more than several occasions isn't that good. Coffee tasted like the machines weren't cleaned properly. Had to wait a while if you walk in instead of drive through. Seems like they priotize drive through and fail to check if customers walk inside the gas station

Terrible customer service, no one uses elevator pitch, when i was paying for my order the guy who works drive through snatched the money from my hand and give me the change, half of the change fell off on the ground, he didn’t even apologized. He gave me, my drinks and told me to wait on side to get the other stuff.

Worst experience ever do not even go a inch, I ordered the new everything croissant as a combo, then they gave me another sandwich and didn't even give me a Has brown. Such a bad experience please do not go to this location bad bad bad

A little on the small side. Seating for only 2 or 3 people. But they have the usual, and staff were good.

Worst Tim's in the neighborhood.rouined my morning coffee.no cream.this not the first time.last time bought tea with cream.picture tell the story.

Terrible drive thru service. They make you wait on the side and forget about you. Ontop of that they get your order wrong.

order is always wrong/ 0 customer service/ i only go here cause it's a drive thru omw to work but i might be taking a detour to another location from now on

Got a "Roasted Hazelnut Cold Brew" and watched her just dump cream into it with no foam. When I asked she said "it doesn't come with that"

I wish i could give Negative Stars, Horrible Service by Kamal and Taran, what is the whole purpose of having a Drive thru if I have to park my car and walk into the store to get my Drink after ordering.

Bad service I ever seen in me life on Tim. I did order a tea and they served coffee the issue is it didn’t happen to me a one time it happened three four time.

Slow drive through, always makes a mistake, people aren't trained, they don't know how to make simple drinks. Also lack of staffing.

I’ve had nothing but terrible experience with this Tim Hortons. The drive thru staff has consistently gotten my order wrong (double double turns into a steeped tea, on more than one occasion). After complaining about the service I received backlash from the staff. Will be using the other Tims from now on, will go out of my way.

I came to this Tim Hortons and ordered 10 timbits and they put the timbits in a sandwich bag instead of a box
