Tim Hortons

I have ordered farmers wrap and was charged 60 cents for extra chipotle sauce but the wrap came with even less sauce its not about money its the service it definitely need to be improved.

Last month I visited this location, The coffee is the same coffee you get from any other time hortons, but man the service and the hygiene level here is the worst, they dont train them to wash their hands after they come out from the back and prepare the food fir the customer.

The staff needs to get more organized, I'm at this store once a week and I always need to ask where is the rest of my order

Soft 3 for sure. Ordered on mobile and they waited until I asked them after loitering for 10 mins to actually start making it. Drink was ok and food was yum.

Staff are clearly overworked but still are so committed. Tim Hortons should be grateful to have these people.

The woman who always make my coffe every morning I think her name was harjvinder or something like that but she is so kind and always smiles. Even though if she not taking my order she is coming and talking and making my coffee which is so nice! Great staff!

The person at the counter taking orders was having a full blown conversation on her cellphone while taking my order. Are you serious? She was way to occupied and couldn’t even warm the item I wanted warmed. The kicker is when I walked in she was sitting at a stool behind the counter on her phone call.

Very friendly staff. I order Tim’s every single day. The main drawback with this place I would say is that it is a bit cramped near the register, so lines can quickly become long and confusing.

It serves its purpose.
It's never easy in this establishment.
Communication can be a problem at time, service sloppy at times.

Had similar experience to another reviewer. Arrived here at 11PM, and doors were already locked. Website and app says they close at midnight. One other guy also tried to get in and angrily drove away after the employee would not answer his knocking. Unprofessional staff

Half the time when i order online they dont send my full order just half of it because they dont have what i ordered so they just give me nothing. But when i come in they get it right and its done fast.

I ordered a loaded bowl and it was only half the bowl how is that loaded? And yll charge 9$ for it?

I so dislike this Tim's. Everything here taste water down from the other Tim's. Even bought the green tea here and thought it would be different but no still water down taste. How. The worst tea ever.

Closed 20 minutes before the closing time.there was person inside baking he saw me that I was on the door but he show me his hand that we are closed I wanna give them 0 star if I could

It’s very neat and clean place.and the staff of this location amazing and friendly They always deal with customers with respect and smiles of their faces. I love this place for French vanilla and my everything begal?

Always have the best tea and coffee. I accidentally ordered through mobile app at the wrong location which was far from me and the staff here was super nice and accommodating and just made the order for me which made my day!

During the pandemic, I would often take a lot of psychedelic mushrooms and wander around the city at all hours of the night. There's a period during a mushroom trip called the come down when you become deeply introspective about your trip and feel the need do something. Unfortunately since I mostly trip at night I'd end up wide awake at 3am in the morning with nowhere to go and nothing to do.

Until I found this place. It's one of the very few Tim Hortons in the city that is open late. Bonus, if you live in Parkdale, you gotta wander through these small rustic looking Liberty Village streets to get there.

And for that reason it gets 5 stars.

“Discrimination “ so blatant from cashier. I noticed the first time I order he didn’t ask my name for my order nor did he receive me as “Sir” but when a gentleman of a “different” ethnicity was served after me he welcomed him as sir and ask “may I get your name for the order” we are in 2022 and such a big and well know establishment such as #timhortons should not have somebody like this serving their customers.

The store employees are not working as per time provided online. I just visited there for a cup of coffee. Employee told me that the store is closed, but online it says it closes at 12.
There was an employee inside. Very bad experience. Can't rely on the timing and the operations of Tim Hortons.

I've been coming here for a very long time, and it's probably my favorite Tim Hortons location. The staff here is very speedy, and gets my orders ready very quickly. I've never had any issues with my orders here, whether I order on the app or in person. Their selection of baked goods is also always fresh.

I’d give no stars if I could. I ordered 10 Timbits and they only gave me 5 (only realized when I got home). Seriously, counting to 10 is quite the simplest of task in the food industry.
