15 to 20 minutes in morning for a coffee with 4 customers in front of you it's a bit to long

Asked for light butter, they gave me this. Not sure if they are taking advantage of the legalized pot in Canada, but someone is clearly high. Also the fellow who answers the mic and the window, has no personality and is the definition of a pig with lipstick on.

Bought Tim bits in the morning, they tasted like they were from the night before.hard, no taste to them

This was the worst tim horton experience I've had in 4years,
I asked for a cream cheese bagel and I get a bagel without cream cheese even though I paid for cheese bagel see attached photo.

Please if your owner reading this, change your business budgeting style otherwise you are going to go out of business.

0/10. The worst tim hortons. This is the 3rd time on a different occasion I’ve received my bagel like this. They don’t even wear gloves when touching the muffins.

Extremely slow service in line despite no long lineup, out of common items such as eggs and bacon, staff simultaneously seemed untrained and disgruntled at having to work, barely interacted, slow service at the window, and food was almost cold even though I was the second of only two cars in the lineup. Overall, disgrace to the banner. Avoid, go farther it will be better.

Clean establishment, fresh coffee and food. However I took 25 minutes to get a Tim’s take 10,

Terrible location, staff doesnt pay attention to customers. They rather play on their phones and ignore customers at the front and their always out of common ingredients for food.

Honestly worst food preparation I've ever seen. Broken biscuits, literally looked like the breakfast food was thrown into a bag. Save your money and travel to another location with employees who care.

Arpan & Aisha Are my Girls! The sweetest wake up call, really starts up my mornings. Honestly if they were to change locations i would travel 20 km off my route to buy coffees off of them.

Also bring back the beyond meat sandwich please vegans need top eat too!

Ordered 4 coffees. None of them was served correctly. The serbing team was all in haste! Very bad experience.
