Always pre order via app, the location can never fulfill my order properly. Always out of something. Buns, bagels, frozen beverage machine is down. When ordering a bagel or sandwich they never put the butter when I request it, or miss a sauce I've requested. Sandwiches are almost always made sloppy. Staff is friendly and always willing to accommodate. Just wish for a busy location that they were better prepared to fill orders properly when ordering through the app

I ordered a drink online today and paid extra to have some extra toppings on it, whipped cream and caramel drizzle) I arrive to pick up my order and I notice my toppings aren’t on my drink, I’m told there’s no whipped cream. “That’s fine can you please add the caramel? ”
The employee looked at me for a solid minute before asking if I want my drink fixed, after I already asked her to fix it.
“Yes please because I paid extra for it”
She fixes it and I go back to work, i then find out that she told another customer that she is going to spit in my drink next time I order from there.
And when I went to ask for a manager to complain about this threat, I was laughed at by the “supervisor” and told I couldn’t be given the managers name.

I ordered two iced coffees today and the guy didn’t even fill them up HALFWAY. I’m not even kidding the cups are numbered and even with the ice it was filled to number 3. I kid you not. When I asked if he could fill it up he said no in such a rude way and then I asked for a refund and he didn’t even give me a refund. I’m not confrontational so I just left. He wouldn’t even give me his name or let me ask a manager to fill it. He was working today at 3pm (may 3,2023), a brown haired greasy looking kid with glasses. If I find out how to post a picture of my coffee (or lack of) I will. I basically paid for two iced coffees and only got one.

Train your student employees to use their OUTDOOR voice instead of nodding. Or to use their voice. I used to like coming here after work but ill come on my break with the nicer and more vocal staff. Do better

Worst Staff here. They charge twice for drinks and then for the second drink they said to use the first tea bag. How could they do this? They dont have manners. Not even thank or anything. Worst service here.

The worst experience at Tim Hortons ever. I waited at the queue for 10 minutes. When ordering I realized that I have forgotten my wallet and have just a bill of $50. A very rude lady refused my order of $1.85 for a coffee because she didn’t have change. Where is the sprite of solidarity!
I don’t recommend this place at all.

Worst customer service in this location! Unfortunately I had many bad experience each time coming to upper Canada mall. Never met the manager and always some teens are working there, having issues in orders, not polite, the worst experience was the time he gave me the coffee and led was not closed properly, the lid popped and hot coffee was all over my hands. The kid was watching and did not even apologize or give a damn fresh coffee after.

The worst customer service and very dirty! I ordered a tea and the lid fell down on the ground when he was preparing the order. He pushed the lid with shoes and took it and put it back on the tea. Serious health concerns about this branch.

I don’t recommend coming to this Tim Hortons. Obviously, Tim Hortons is a popular food chain and my experience is often good, sometimes there’s a slip-up with my orders but the workers fix it quickly without a problem.

HOWEVER, this Tim Hortons in particular is awful. I won’t come back ever again, never in my life has Tim Hortons messed up my orders this bad. Last week I ordered a chai tea, which was completely messed up. The tea was black when I ordered it with milk, then when I asked for milk, they gave me milk cartons in a bag. (What?) Today I ordered a breakfast sandwich though the mobile app, which had to get refunded because “we’re not making breakfast” (AT 12 PM?)

Awful, awful experience…

The worst Tim Hortons I’ve seen in the entire Ontario, there is a young man named J who was awful in customer service, so so rude, and once he just ignored the customer in front of me totally because she told him that her coffee is ice cold, also they have a manager couldn’t get his name but he’s wearing glasses, he was so so rude and when I asked to talk to him he said He doesn’t care what I’m saying and if I have complaints I should contact their customer service, in total this location of timmy’s is the worst one in my opinion, won’t ho there anymore and will pass the experience to all my friends and coworkers

Its obvious that there are lots of teens working at this location so there could be issues with ordering here since its always busy!
Friendly management team (unless you’re being difficult.)
Great job to the team leaders for closing i had a easy time getting my order sorted out because they had ran out, the guy was very professional, nice and friendly

I don’t want to give any star on this branch. I visited this branch many times whenever I stopped by Upper Canada mall but I didn’t even get any proper service here. I ordered “Iced French Vanilla “ and paid 2.79$. I didn’t get any explanation when I paid it. Therefore I thought they have this named coffee but they gave me hot coffee so I asked one more time because I thought he made mistake on this and they just throw my coffee out and gave me a regular iced coffee without any explanation again. I tasted it and it was just regular iced coffee so I went there again and asked about it. The employee lie to me that he gave an explanation but no he didn’t do that and didn’t even say sorry. I can see the employee was young man so I tried my best to understand him but still this was not right to anyone. Horrible experience ever in Canada.

Purchases a two can dine combo via the app and had to wait about 15-20 mins, on Victoria Day long weekend. Line ups are long due to mall traffic. Staff is not as efficient in taking and getting orders done compared to other locations that I normally visit (Richmond Hill & downtown Toronto) The meal tasted exactly what I'd expect - have to be patient with visiting this Timmy's!
