Best Tim Hortons in the city. Consistency is key. This place constantly gives excellent coffee. Whenever we stop somewhere else for a coffee we always look at each other and say "not the same as Ottawa st". Staff are fantastic here too.

Usually my GO-TO Tim Hortons, however, I find it pretty annoying that around 8: 15-8: 30AM, they have no everything bagels quite often…
the most popular kind. If you know you sell out quickly, make more to begin with? !

I came to use their WiFi. They don't ask you to leave if you don't buy anything.

Ordered a BELT meal this morning. It did NOT come with the egg. Meal was cold. I don't pay for a meal to be ripped off. Ordered TimBits, they had none. Why are you even open if you can't deliver. Not impressed. Won't go there again.

Disappointed by the inconsistency, 2/3 times they throw your food together. Better off making food at home or McDonald's. The staff are pleasant on an up note.

This is one of my favourite locations. I’ve been coming to this location for over 20 years. They have some of the best staff! The morning Ladies that have been there for many years are always on top of things! My morning coffee made the way I like it! I always know when I arrive that my coffee will be fresh and made to order!

I also enjoy my evening coffee and the afternoon team is absolutely amazing! Always smiling and friendly. They make every visit worth it! The only down fall is they seem to be short staffed often, a busy dinning room and drive through that is always steady, seems a lot for only two staff on the floor. Kudos to the staff! They always seem to keep up although some help would be beneficial they are only human after all! I also find it frustrating that I’m not able to get a bowl of soup or chilli on most occasions as there isn’t anything available

Try the dark roast coffee. Very nice. Wish it came in decaf. Also try the carrot muffin. I'm sensitive (like many people) to the bitterness of the baking soda in their muffin mix. Tastes nasty to me. But the carrot and gingerbread muffins avoid the issue. Yum! I wish gingerbread were available year round

The staff here are super friendly and always smiling. I actually go out of my way on my morning commute to visit this location. Keep up the great work!

My rating varies from location to location. The Timmies on Howard and Tecumseh 1 half a star where as the Timmies in LaSalle on Ojibway gets 6 stars.

Still very slow in their drive-thru. Ask for your coffee to be stirred will and they don't listen

Definitely in need of a new coffee chain. They aren't even stirring it anymore and I do mean 'IT'
What don't they sell? Geeze.

My order came up to $7, and I gave the window gal $20. She handed me my order and didn't give me my change. She was distracted by talking to a co-worker. Workers cannot be distracted by another when their dealing with customers!

I went there ordered two combos bagel belts I added cream cheese on the bagels. I live in Tecumseh and they forgot to put the cream cheese on the bagel which they charge me 90 cents for each bagel and they forgot one of my hash browns I went back there and I told them they asked me if I still had the food I said yes which was odd because they've done this before and they have always either gave me a complimentary cup of coffee or let me keep the food however they didn't let me keep the food and they brought it back inside and that was strange to me with this covid thing going around we're supposed to be on lockdown let alone restaurants bring in food from the outside back into the restaurant just for their sake.they looked at the food and threw it away after that but I was still disgusted I felt like they didn't believe me and felt like I was lying to them oddly I felt disrespected wasted a 15 to 20 minute drive I don't get that gas back

Service is usually fine. Bad drive thru location. Not much room for multiple vehicles. Line usually backs up onto the street.

This location always has a lot of staff but service is still slow - at least for walk in customers. However, staff are friendly and patient.

Food quality is not what it used to be. Whether it's the donuts, bagels or sandwiches, I can't remember the last time I wasn't disappointed. Not a fan of the coffee recently so I drink tea. However half the Tim Hortins claim the don't carry honey anymore. I don't like sugar in it and I don't like it black. But without honey I have no reason to go at all.

The Moose Lodge is locally owned and offers recreational pastimes such as darts shuffle board and card leagues. Familiar faces and an Awesome Staff. The food is amazing!

If you want a quick coffee and don't mind the mistakes or not very friendly workers then yes it's okay

The Ottawa and Kildare location is great. I’ll go everyday around noon just for an iced capp and the ladies there are fun to crack a quick joke with. They’re always very kind and happy. The only negative thing I have to say about this location is the Walkerville lunch rush line - but it’s not like that’s something the location can control lol. They still get through that lunch rush pretty fast.

Best timmies there is, the workers are awesome and never mess up my order. Dean looks like a blueberry though

VERY slow this morning. My drink wasn't made the same way it has been every other time I've ordered it but Tyler argued about it, I still had to ask him for a straw and among other examples, his customer service was absolutely terrible!

It's a Tim Hortons. Fairly busy both inside and at the drive through, so expect a slower service.

Ottawa and Kildare the best service with the up most feel at home service with happy people and smiles, just slow with service cuz everyone wants to go there so it's always full, 5*

I know parents and grandparents believe their kids are the most beautiful, cute and smart, but before posting pics, think it twice.

Always slow service, they frequently are over staffed on drive through with workers standing around as customers are in the lobby waiting 5-10 minutes for a simple coffee while the cars take literally 50 seconds for a double drink and wrap order. Then its back to waiting around as in store customers wait for simple orders. They close the store after midnight as of recently. There was no notification of this and there are no hours on the doors. Poor service, poor customer communication and a clear disinterest in performing from their staff, in short it is a lazy store-the worst timmies in Windsor.
