I work at the mall and I get coffee every day. It takes incredibly long just to get a coffee and don't bother with mobile order because they will only pay attention to you after they have cleared the line of people who all joined the line after you placed your order.

Nearby, at Fantasy Fair celebrated a birthday and wanted to order party size coffee here. Its preparation took the staff more than 25 minutes. As a result, I had to pay an extra $80 for half an hour in Fantasy Fair.

The service is fast and the staff is kind and seems to enjoy working together.
