Their employees need to learn a thing or two about cutomer service. They hand you food in driver through without proper packing like simply putting it in a bag to keep food warm - customer in drive through are not eating in the restaurant (it’s common sense! Especially during winter weathers!) always have to repeatedly ask for it to be packed in bag when ordering but of course they never listen and hand you it without a bag & then have to ask again.they give you things individually never once they provide you food in a proper bag rather just in its original wrapping. And they cross contaminate food like this simple cream cheese bagel with cucumbers in it? Please train ur employees again!

I ordered habanero slow cooked chicken bowl for takeaway. I realise after coming home they gave cilantro lime instead. The employees really need to start listening what customer is saying and communicate within themselves properly. My receipt shows habanero but have been given otherwise. Second time this is happening. Never visiting this location again. 22-Dec-2023 1: 59pm

Good location but please don’t fold the napkins with the receipt in between. Low hygiene move!

Firstly the person who picked the order was not listening properly.

Secondly they charged 13 dollars instead of 10 dollars and we corrected it later

Thirdly they did not listen properly and gave a wrong item.

Completely unhappy

This is the second time i am getting the wrong drink on same day.
Please be careful with your services because we pay for this.
One of the lady behaved rudely and this behaviour is totally not acceptable.
I didn’t even get any refund for the wrong drinks.

The staff at 2427 Cawthra Rd are very friendly, caring. Especially Arsh Deep who is very detailed oriented in her service for all her customers. Employees like her and her team are a great asset to your company. Thank You

I order and get wrong one they refund and gave me anther order but it was wrong one again it was time consuming and unprofessional I accept you can make mistakes ones not twice and take almost 30 minutes of my time

Service was terrible. Had 5 gift cards snd they could not get one to work and initiate Pat and then were rude.

Went to another Tim Hortons. Pretty much the same there.

I ordered some donuts one of the donuts it has cinnamon inside of it

so I told the staff I'm allergic to cinnamon the lady apologized again and again and she said I didn't know your allergic she was about to cry so sensitive and nice

Why are you open 24 hours?
Only cookies and coffee. At least have bagels. Otherwise people will start going other places each for coffee as well.

Service is not good. Employees are rude and preparation is not well. Please improve your system of taking order and preparation.

I was at the drive through on Wednesday Dec 21th around 4 p.m. Which the lady did not have a polite atittude and gave the sandwich in a kind of impolite way. They did not have the exact food my friend asked for and she got upset. I understand they work hard to keep all happy but we need more kindness and politeness from them.

Extremely slow to take orders. Workers ignored the line inside because they had too many other tasks to complete and the majority of the staff were placed on drive thru anyway.

A busy place but still good. Parking is a bit of problem with cars coming in from busy road and going to the drive through so watch out. Food was good coffee fresh and hot. Staff is nice and the washrooms were clean.

Was good ladies were very nice service was good not too busy ask for tea was made right and my tasty treat was good also

I placed a mobile order and went to pickup the items. When I reached the store it was me and another customer waiting for someone to assist us. We saw 3 people in the customers table and there was no one in the counter. The lady who was there before me asked them if someone is coming to help us or not. Then the lady staffs started yelling at us and came to counter. And two other people came from the back room.
I am not demanding people to cut off their breaks to help us atleast let someone know that there’s customers or always be there someone at counter?
We waited almost 10 mnts before we asked them if someone’s coming to help us. And the way we were treated was terrible. Nobody deserves to be treated so rudely. Because we politely asked if someone’s gonna help or not. We also have places to be.
I am actually not even worried that none of the items I ordered was not available but this behaviour was seriously hurtful.
I ordered a cold brew and a loaded chilli and both were not available.
I have also worked in Tim Hortons for some time, I truly consider that as a very good experience. And i feel really sorry for how pathetic Tim Hortons employees have become.

I’ll never go back to this location ever or will be telling my friends and families not to visit this location ever again.

Just been to this location.it was one of the best experience. I had a big order and it was done right away with no delays and with no need to park anywhere till it was done. The staff are super nice!

The night staff don’t want to serve anything, always say we are out of whatever we try to order for. I mean, why you guys are even open 24 hours then if nothing is available no food no drinks- june27,2022. Continuously happening.

This is by far the worse Tim Hortons I have ever been to. The coffee is consistently disgusting and I legitimately have thrown it out every single time I have been there in the past few months. Its so inconvenient driving to farther Tim Hortons such as the ones on Dundas or Lakeshore. There are now much closer Starbucks.

Tim Hortons can you please send someone to quality control this franchise. It is soooo much worse than any other Tim Hortons and it wasn't always this bad. I don't know what happened to this location but please help them, they need it!

The staff who worked at the drive through (10: 30PM 5.28.2022) couldn’t speak English brought me wrong order

Drive through slow as molasses BECAUSE THEY WERE OUT OF ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING! "Sorry, we don't have that right now; sorry, we don't have any right now. "

Of course, there's no EXIT route once you're in the drive through (which, frankly, should be a violation of some sort, though I know it isn't yet), so I wasted 15mins listening to the people in front of me TRY to order stuff.

This was at 11: 30a on a Saturday, btw.

Although they are one of the few places that make their tea the way I like it, their parking is small so people use the handicap parking spots making it hard for people like me. A staff person was dropped by her boyfriend there and he parked in one while waiting for her to bring him coffee! The drive thru is also small enough that it often backs up onto the road at busy times. At the right time it is a great place to go.

Good and healthy food (except the donuts and muffins) at very reasonable prices. Role-up the rim, while virtual is still fun and best of all no more "please play again" losing "rolls".

Says their drive thru is open until 2: 30 Am, but been there more than once after 10 pm and their drive thru was closed. Dont visit as often because of this. Good coffee though.

Excellent customer service the only thing is dangerous trun on road they need to put some sign on the cut because when traffic flow it's next to impossible to enter in Tim's entrance

Everyone working drive thru this evening between 6-7 needs to be retrained or fired. I asked for the man’s name but he said he didn’t have to give it up because he’s just a cashier. The whole place was a zoo the lines were only
Taking Long because they have no idea how to take orders properly.

This Tim’s Horton as so much excuses to ever violations when it comes to being a place that serves food. Last week it was short of staff and this was when they took 10 mins to make a sandwich. Now today their excuse for the lady making my sandwich without a hair covering and the hair is not tight up or even push back due to the location not having any hair nets for their staff. When said something to the lady she said every time we come there we have complaints. Which is true but when it comes on to serving food or even making food you want to prevent hair going on to the food items no? This owner needs to ensure that all staff follow food protocols. Shame on this location. It’s not like this location is not busy it’s on the way to most ppls work or on their way home. Also they also seem to be out of bread to make their sandwiches. I suggests to the owner to ensure that all staff follow food safety practices

This location always gets my order right and does it quick! They are super efficient and the management team here is wonderful. They are troopers for staying open during the pandemic. Thanks Timmies!

They never get the order right. The only reason i have to go to this location is it is on the way to my work otherwise i would never go there.
Firstly the staff is always rude. Secondly they never pack the right items no matter what they always mess up the order. Everybody donot have that much time to always come back and ask for the order again. I Tried to ignore many times but now its getting very bad.
Just see the bagel in the picture and you will get it. Tell me one thing would you guys eat this burnt bagel! You guys obviously knew that its not eatable as it was totally BURNT but anyways u guys just gave that to me and wasted my money coz i couldnt eat that burnt thing.

Great place! BUT their cappuccinos.you order a large but there only a medium in it. It's ALL foam. Very disappointing for the cost

Two pieces of bacon on a BLT sandwich for $5 is pathetic, also they can't seem to get any coffee right especially when I paying more for something else - but good luck getting back through that drive-thru line for them to fix it.

Update! Ten months later -
Management team was awesome this morning, the app didnt register my large order with their system but they got it ready for me in no time flat!

Just your average Tim Hortons coffee store. Nothing really wrong with it, it had everything you would expect to find.

They messed up my order. Reached too far to go back and make the change. Was very disappointed. Friendly staff and it was quick but missed my order.

I have never experienced such a terrible coffee like your coffee. You should sell water instead of coffees.

Never have I ever gotten my order right from this location, I freaking always hate myself for going to this timhortons. This is my first time ever reviewing any business like this, this is just terrible service!

To be honest I am not a fan of tim hortons coffee but I do go to get a meal more so I never really buy the coffee but the food is good.

They get your order wrong half the time I go here daily. Easily the worst tim hortons I have EVER been to. The only way they could do worse is if they spit in your food. Dont support this place.this is the first review I've ever done.that's how bad it is

A very convenient location on a busy street. Excellent for grabbing coffee on the way to downtown work. Parking is really tight as there's limited parking and only one street entrance. Staff is nice. Place can get a wee bit messy even in downtime. Overall they have what I want. Chocolate Swiss Rolls baby!

Its blasphemy to not have timmies in Canada. My fav is a regular coffee and honey cruller donut slightly warmed

Be sure to check that your order is correct before leaving as they have screwed up my order on more than one occasion. I will say that the customer service makes up for it. They are always so friendly and helpful.

Lovely people in there always ready and eager to serve you.and the managers will go out of there way to fix or to whatever they can to make things right.

I went for breakfast sandwich and the answer was "We are ran out of eggs now"
There's a Nofrills 200 from this Tim location.
Firstly, managers must not be out of anything in their store.
Secondly, in case some items ran out, managers should provide it ASAP. Here in this case, run to Nofrills and buy some eggs for day.

And in store, there's no hydro plugs also!

The quality of Tim Hortons has gone down significantly they never toast the bagles long enough 75% of the time the order comes out incorrect or they forget something I even feel like the quality of the coffee has gone down I now prefer McDonald's over Tim Hortons even for coffee.

How does one screw up a simple bagel with butter. Was the toaster even turned on? I rarely go to Tim's.and when I do - I'm generally disappointed. This location needs to burn down.

The service was great. Products are good. But the location is small, and beside a Truck company. The inside is clean, but the outside is trashed. I don't recommend.
