Tim Hortons

They don’t serve food after 9: 30pm. No one lets you know so you waste your time waiting until somebody calls you rudely to give you a refund with no explanation, without asking if they can offer you anything else available. Worst customer service.

Went here on a Saturday evening to grab a quick snack. The restaurant was super dirty, the bathroom was absolutely digesting. What can I say about the food. I asked for a turkey bacon sandwich, the person taking my order told me don’t take make that, so gave me a wrap. Asked to a cinnamon raisin bagel toasted with butter. After toasting it the server put it in the microwave because it was too hard. I also asked and paid for a small white milk. Upon collecting my food, the small white milk was the small tiny containers they give you to put into coffee.
I had to them pay for milk again because the server said he didn’t charge me the first time.

The cleanliness of the food area was also very poor.
Both items were not eaten. I don’t think I’ll be visiting a Tim’s anytime soon

What can I say it’s Tim hortons, I would suggest to get the Tim hortons app to order before hand since it always busy in the morning 20-30 min wait.

Fast service. Order board display was frozen on previous orders.without a receipt your left wondering if the self kiosk order went through until your order comes up.

It would be crazy to leave a review about Tim Hortons! Only things I feel is that Tim Hortons Dubai had a great and cravable selection of donuts while all the outlets in Canada that I have been to had almost no selection of Donuts to offer. Their muffins and apple fritters are great though. I am not of fan of store coffee so no opinion about the coffee here. Wraps and burgers are okay but not so great.

Slow inattentive apathetic staff, way too much priority put on online orders and the kiosks there never work. Ever.
I waited 20 minutes for a sandwich, coffee and potato wedges.
I tried to ask for a French Vanilla for a coworker and the staff there said they don't know what that is and probably don't have it with a straight face like they didn't know Tim's does french vanilla for ages.
They also have a habit of giving me medium coffees when I paid for a large. I'd like to go back some day with the hopes that these things will be addressed promptly and I can write a better review.

This place is really slow, honesty place an order through the app before you get here or you’ll be waiting for a while

Restaurant extremely dirty when it just opened, and the rewards points you can't get the machine is always down, service is slow

The worst Tim’s I have ever been too. Garbage inside and outside always overflowing, constantly mixing up orders, average wait time is 25 minutes for food no matter how simple the order (a doughnut will take as long as a sandwich). I keep wanting to give this place the benefit of the doubt but i can’t anymore. They are always understaffed.

Worst Tim Horton in the City. Crispy chicken sandwich is super dry.bread is hard like rock…. Coffee is very watery. Very disappointed

Cannot eat meat, especially pork - for religious reasons.
I ordered the beyond meat breakfast sausage.
They gave me a bacon sandwich.

Iced coffee was disgusting and they gave me a completely different donut than what I asked for.

This is, quite literally, the worst Tim Hortons I have ever been to in my life.

I have lived near this place for 2 years, and though it should be my primary Tim Hortons, I actively avoid it because it is so terrible.

The staff are not trained, mess up almost every order I've ever done here, are unaware of even the most basic items offered at Tim Hortons, and this place is ALWAYS out of any item you could possibly want.

Don't attempt to get soup, cold brew, or any specialty donut. This place can only serve you coffee, maybe, and they will still probably mess it up.

I cannot recommend to people to stay clear of this place enough.

When will they bring Chole Kulche to menu? They launched in India but what about catering to Indian here?

Almost always forget to drop sugar or vanilla syrup to my coffee. Once they made ice coffee instead of latter:) mugs frequently wet or dirty.

I've never seen a Tim Hortons so dirty, look at their bathroom. When I showed the pictures to the manager in service, Sherleen, not only she did not apologies but she told me it was normal as she has a line up. She finally sent someone to clean it and her employee was rude to me as if I was demanding something not normal! Oh well.

The most garbage tims ive ever been to, and I live nearby so it's not a one time thing. Only go if you have literally no options left

Order wasn’t accurate, very long wait times 30+ minutes for missing items from your order, very disorganized.

I like this place. They make my order correct. I order new pumpkin spice donut. Very tasty.

Not the best Tims. I've been several times in the last few weeks and my order has been wrong or ruined more than once. I asked for one oat milk and got a huge amount that ruined the drink. On my most recent visit I got given completely the wrong breakfast sandwich. It also seems like a lot of wasted space where there could be additional seating.

If you have another choice, take it. Poor food quality, service quality and a pretty low standard for cleanliness, even for Tim Hortons. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

They need new staff. They have NO CLUE what they are doing. One time I asked for a tea they put tea bags in coffee. Other times it's just horrible one person is working while the others stand around. I've even called to complain and nothing was done.stay far away from this one. It's always dirty too

I live close by and no matter wat time of the day when I visit there, it always has a huge line up with only one of the cash registers open. Food making is very slow too. Had to wait for 25min just to get my order

This Tim Hortons is the most disgusting I have ever encounter. It was filthy 4 guys working and the place incredibly dirty garbage was overflowing and the washroom OMG the urine smell was felt all the way to the ordering counter.
These guys were selling ice coffee with no oce because they run-out of ice.
Never have I seen a filthier place.
I know downtown Toronto is busy, but come on you would think that they will care more about your customers. Train your staff so you can have a more successful business.

It’s was filthy. Can’t believe all the trash on the floor. Terrible conditions for a Tim Hortons. The Icecap was great.
