Really disappointed with the service. I normally visit Huron Branch and request for freshly baked croissants (wait while they are been baked) for my toddler but unfortunately they were short staffed so I visited this branch (called them before to ask if they can give me fresh croissants and they agreed so I took an uber and went there). To my surprise the crossaint I got served were stale and off taste. I called the store and complained about it and then came to know that Baker had already left around 4pm (as they don't bake stuff after that time) so why a promise of fresh croissants was made. I had threw them away (wasted money those half dozen croissants + uber).
Will never be visiting this store again. I wish there was a dislike button.

The person serving the coffee was mopping the floor and immediately without washing her hands or putting a glove on served the coffee. When I pointed out the issue and requested for a replacement she was irritated to redo my order. I have been going to the same Tim Hortons since last 1 year and if this was the situation of their hygiene, I have to rethink going back again.

I was waiting in the line and there was 3 people infront of Me. And they already gave ther order. But then they started to talk with the workers, and I was still waiting in the line. And even when they saw me they didn't take my order. There was 3 people working

The latest experience I had at this location was so frustrating that I will not be returning. I ordered an ice cap and a crispy chicken cilantro bowl through the drive threw. When I was ordering I repeated my order to the employee a handful of times because they have mixed up the bowls in the past. After I paid at the window I asked the employee again if what he was giving me was a cilantro bowl. He looks at me nods and just says “bowl. ” When I get back to my place to eat the meal I discovered that the lid to my ice cap was not put on correctly because I picked up the drink to bring it inside it spilled all over my fabric cloth car seat. Not only that but instead of the cilantro bowl I was given the jalapeño bowl instead after I asked the employee about four times if the bowl was correct.
I understand mistakes happen but this same mistake has happened multiple times to me at this location. Will not be returning.

Thieves. Drive thru charged our debit twice for the same order. We went in and spoke to the manager for a refund right away. He told us to contact corporate.two weeks now and nothing. 6.00 dollars is not a lot but it's ours and not theirs. Watch yourself when you biy from here.

I always place a mobile order and even if I go there after 30 minutes, it would still not be ready. I don’t see the point of mobile order if I have to wait another 10-15 minutes for the order to be ready.

This location has good service other than the fact that they mess up sometimes. I ordered 3 large coffees the other day and they told me to pull up to get my order cause the drive thru was busy & so I come in to get my order & they forgot to even make the coffees.

Waited at the counter for 10 mins and not one employee even acknowledged me let alone take my order. There were about 5 people behind me and every employee was working drive through and dealing with mobile order customers. 3 of us ended up walking out. Absolutely terrible customer service.

When we complained about the vanilla creamy chill being completely melted it looked like water the drive thru employee was overly rude.
Two girl staff were extremely disrespectful. The drive thru employee was mocking me and her colleague was laughing. When I pulled up to the window I did not get my complete order until I asked where the rest was.

I have been to this store several times and this weekend the service has been terrible. Staff is rude when giving you orders and both days my orders have come wrong.
When I called the store the manager was less than helpful.

Messed up my order. I can’t believe how can someone offer a cold tea - not even warm but just room temperature. When I asked for compensation, I was offered nothing but a replacement. Tim Hortons can do better. I know they have had in the past but this is outrageou!

Avoid this location delivery. Excess wait times. Not even once I have gotten here and the order is ready.
Minimum wait time is more than 15 mins.

Today morning, 13-02-2022,06: 45am. I ordered through drive thru medium French vanilla and cheese cursed, and there was no rush in drive thru but the guy took 5 minutes to prepare a small order. Moreover, cursed had so much butter on it. He packed it in double brown bag but butter was coming out of the bags. I was very disappointed. If you had a bad night don't make anyone's bad morning.

15 car's in drive-thru so I went inside and there was one person in front of me. I looked at my watch and it took them 7 minutes just to take my order. When I finally left the car I would have bin behind was already gone. Very bad service if you go in the restaurant.

I find all the Tim Hortons drive throughs are pretty darn good considering most drivers don't mask up when going through. I suggest to show them a little bit of respect and put a mask on even if its just to make a worker feel more comfortable

Morning staff is friendly and my order gets taken correctly. But when I actually receive my order it’s missing something from it (mainly with my food) i don’t have time to always check in the morning as I’m running late for work, but I would like on my food what I have paid for and is listed on the screen.

Zero stars is more appropriate when you order breakfast and they leave they forget the main item like the breakfast sandwich. Then send you on a wild goose chase calling skip the dishes and back and forth they say this you say that. This was exhausting trying to get what I had already payed for. Plus I also got, we're busy right now, call you back in 30min, wow! As the owner of 2 corporations that person would be immediately terminated telling a customer to wait for his food that they messed on because they have NEW orders coming in. Absolutely incredible reasoning and horrible customer care ethics.

The managers here are doing a very poor job. Lots of loss bussiness.

Ordered a farmers wrap and the hashbrowns inside were rock solid. That was the second time that this has happened. I'm very disappointed in Tim hortons as it used to be my go to coffee shop.

The customer service at this location has definitely gone downhill. I was waiting in line, the lady behind the cash was just standing at the cash. She didn't make eye contact with me or call me up. So I waited. Eventually I went up and she didn't say anything to me. I ordered, all she said was the dollar amount and gave me my change. Didn't say thank you. Nothing.

Now I'm waiting for my food. Waiting. Waiting. Little do I know, my food was put on the counter for me to pick up but because of the angle I was at, I didn't see it. So I guess customer service just isn't a thing anymore. Exchange money for food and coffee. That's it.

Well, because of that, I won't be chosing this location any more. Thanks for the business transaction.

Staff is usually friendly. Especially the staff during weekday mornings. My iced coffee is made perfectly 9/10 which is why I go back daily.

Absolutely disgusted after tonight.told the clerk at the drive thru that the last 2 nights my order has been wrong and to please try and get it right. So again I order my medium orange pekoe tea with one milk and 1/2 a sugar.get to the window and pickup my order and get to work and it's a friggen coffee. Have been a customer until today. Came up to window and handed "Johanna" a bill to pay for the order and said "oops, almost forgot my time card" but because I had handed her the money first she refused to scan the card. What kind of Customer Service is that? She hadn't even made change or touched the register yet. I know it is something minor, but in managing a business myself, I look for great customer service elsewhere as well. It wasn't as if there was even a lineup to be served either. Will not be back.

We were in this location for nearly 20mins in an empty store watching several cars in the drive thru have their orders processed.the store was very understaffed and the manager pretended not to see us or our order and continued to assist with the drive thru.for another 10mins before making our drinks.

I'm not much of a fan of Tim Hortons' coffee, or food for that matter, but I really enjoy this location. Its brand new, and has an upper level with very relaxing decor. I enjoy visiting to relax and chat with friends, and this is the perfect spot for that!

Regular Tim Hortons, nice seating areas. Has only gone up in the last few years so things are updated! Still crossing my fingers for the chains to start having some better vegan options so that going here can be more frequent than say going to Starbucks as they are more expensive.

This location was not so good. There was a uniformed employee on break, lounging in the fireplace seating area on the phone with her friend. Business sense tells me that she shouldn't be taking seats meant for paying customers, and especially while she's still in uniform. Not a good image to project to the public.

Blindish Road location Order accuracy is pretty good. The staff I will say is not always the brightest, because I have been asked after ordering 4 coffee’s if I would like a tray to carry them, it’s not like I want to juggle them specially when I’m the only person ordering them by myself. I think that’s an overly redundant question and a little stupid. However summer staff is very friendly and very smart. When is things that I just also just like about the store is once they get a mobile order they will do the order quickly and then leave it on the side of the counter where anybody could pick it easily. Now the store is always clean and they’ve always got good selection of donuts.

Gave me the wrong donut but no big deal. Service was fast and food was hot, and this is the only Tim Hortons I've seen with kiosks. I like them much better than the ones at McDonalds, much smoother and better functioning

Coffee can be very inconsistent at this store. Sometimes very weak as if it's been double brewed, and other times extremely strong as if they poured a cup way before the brew cycle had completed. Also very prone to making mistakes on your order when they are busy. They train all of their new staff on weekends so the service can be incredibly slow and frustrating when you are just looking for that sat morning quick coffee. They also tend to run out of all of the better donuts and timbits very early.

I went yesterday and used the automated order machine. Placed my order and paid with debit on the screen it said transaction failure at that moment I didn’t look at the debit machine. So placed the order again and same thing happened only that this time at look at the debit machine and I said approved. So I went to the cashier and asked her if she can see my orders and she said no. I opened my banking app and I see the 2 transactions and I showed them to her. She called the manager or who ever was in charge. This lady came with a face the cashier explained the situation and I hear in the back another worker saying that it had happened before. The “manager” look in their computers and she says nothing is there. I showed her my bank transactions and she says how does she know that’s their Tim’s? I said look at the time and says also number 40 which is the location number. She was so rude. After a couple of minutes she just raised her arms in the air and told the cashier “ whatever just give her what she wants”!
I was upset. Told her that’s not how you treated customers. She didn’t care. Not even one bit!
Worse Tim’s experience ever!
Never coming back!

This is the worst location in the entire KW area! Consider this a warning and go to another location.
They ignore you at drive through, just leave you sitting there for 5 minuets without even hi, hello just one minute. Nothing! Then they serve people ahead of you even though you were there 1st (they have a two lane drive through). Never ever get my order right, it’s a strugle at the speaker and then at the window and they still get it wrong. It can be as simple as two coffees and they wil not get it right! Once you go to return it, they play dumb and ask if you got it from their location? Like yes I was just here 5 minuets ago and had to drive back and you messed up AGAIN! It’s gotten so bad that I drive to a further location from my house, because it’s a headache to go there! Rude and unprofessional staff!

Fast friendly service.
They have changed to a new coffee system where the brew large tanks of coffee like you see at gas stations. Not fresh every hour anymore, it is hit and miss weather you get a fresh pot.
I am very unhappy!
