Tim Hortons

The staff at this site is very rude to their colleagues. I was sitting there around 8-9 am on 18th Nov, 2023 and was trying to concentrate on something and the lady who was taking orders on the drive thru (she might be the supervisor or manager) was continuously very rude to a girl in the staff named SIMRAN (even though the drive thru was not that busy). It was very disrespectful the way she talked to the girl, that too in front of many people standing in line to order in store.

They should be a little professional and not just shout around in punjabi and disrespect their colleagues.

I would give negative stars if I could. The worst tims ever. The customer service is soo bad. Rude baristas who doesnt know how to talk or be kind to customers. I would never go to this location ever. They made me come twice to drive thru for an online order. Starbucks has much better food and customer service as compared to tim hortons.

Very Very Very poor service, the management is really ridiculous, they don’t know how to treat, everytime we go there everything is finished they have nothing, food is always food, they charged full but they always mess up the order. They don’t know how to make prepare order, they waste lot of time. Always tell us to park in front but still they don’t make proper order.

If you can not obey your posted hours then they shouldn’t be posted at all. Girl locked the front door when she saw us coming at 9: 50 pm. I know that’s not the time your dining room closes. I wish there were a 0 start.

Very poor service specially the drive through the guy on the window have no sense to talk to customers, they just talk with each other and are not ready to serve their customers

Really disappointing, disgusting service felt bad after visiting having lot of attitude feel like discriminating with indians no thanks no sorry or apologize no morals next time i will show the name

Worst tim hortons, everytime they are out of stock of most of the items and they serve the worst coffee and expired things

I asked for Jalapeño begal toasted with butter they gave me everything begal and it was not toasted

Very poor service took a long time to just make tea was busy in talking rather than serving customers took really disappointing and disgusting service wanted to rate them negetive

They take alot of time to make order employees almost finished my break in the line they don’t even listen to them. Very bad service
