Very slow service gets the order wrong all the time and very rude employees just go to the Tim Hortons on 590 Keele St, down the street way better service

This has to be the worst customer service I have experienced. I have never been to a place and all the staff were rude to me. Both the Male and female staff, I was ignored and they acted like they did not understand anything I said. I had to repeat myself 10 times and I asked them I needed to cover my drink to go and they all ignored me. Very rude set of people, from the Indian boy who took my order, to the cashier and to the Indian girls that I kept repeating myself too after the other Indian guy ignored me. The other Indian girl gave me a really bad looking acting like she doesn’t understand English. Everyone needs to be sacked and I would never step my feet in there. Worst tim hortons ever. 24/10/2023

Really disappointed it is my first time on Toronto and wanted to try Tim Hortons I downloaded the app before coming here, since today it’s my birthday and I saw a couple of videos on tktk that you get a coffee for free on your special day. Talked to an Indian girl and she ask me to scan the QR code she said it was not valid and talked to me with an attitude customer service was pretty bad and also the hot coffee that I ended up buying never coming to this place ever again, you should always be kind also because tomorrow it is a holiday. I would give it 0 stars if the option it’s available tbh.

Very Disappointed! I just want coffee, but I experienced the worst customer service in my life. The staff are so RUDE. No talking just punching the order without any respect. When finished our coffer they just throw and slide the order in the pick up section and just look on us with their poker face and wave their hand like we’re just a beggar in the street. And the store was so dirty like the faces of the staff, garbage are all over the floor. I will never go back again in this branch. And tell to all my friends not to come here in this worst Tim Hortons branch EVER!

The most disgusting washrooms I have ever seen. Everything was just filthy and caked with grime from not cleaning over a long period of time. I hope the staff isn't using them serve food. Gross

The worst employees, rude and slow. They were lying saying their boss was in India and never will come back when asked to speak to the manager!

UPDATED APRIL 2023 washrooms are always disgusting now. Unusable. Normal Tim's nothing fancy or special here. Always a line up takes forever to order.

Not much space in this location. Food was ok. Staff was nice. There are some chairs to seat and there's free parking inside the mall. There's also a washroom but I'd recommend going only if you have no other choice.

I order small dark roast coffee 1 cream 1 sugar then left, when i start drinking i realized it’s too sweet and they gave me regular coffee…

Took about 5 plus minutes make a person 1 ice coffee well we're talking way so l left. Waiting 30 to 40min to get through 5 ppl it's to long

The atmosphere and attitude of the employees is lacking. There is never any music or radio playing so you walk into what sounds like misery. There is only one employee at the counter to serve customers which makes the wait time for food prolonged. Despite this, the coffee is good.

3rd visit all terrible. The black lady and the philipino ladies seem to delight when an order goes wrong. CAN YOU PLEASE hire staff that actually make an effort or at least fake it?

Why is it so hard to find HAPPY, COMPETENT staff? The ladies here repeatedly get my simple order wrong. They correct the mistake but always with a frown and never an apology. MAKES NO SENSE cause this location is not even busy. PLEASE REPLACE with robots.

Their app and website needs a lot of work, but staff in store and on the phone was nice and polite.

Placed a mobile order, walked to the store to find out that half my selected donuts were unavaible. The interesting thing is that the app already has a limited donut menu, so I thought it would be an accurate inventory of what the store had.turns out they don't carry the specialty donuts according to their staff.

Not only was I not notified of the shortage and an incomplete order, I was told that I cannot be offered a refund by the store since I placed the order on the app! I tried submitting a form on their website, but it cannot be submitted since there's a glitch/coding error when filling out your phone number. My last choice was to call their customer service line and the lady informed me that they will process my case in a few days time.

To put it into perspective: I ordered from Pizza Hut recently and their site glitched and put an extra pizza in my cart when I checked out. When I got to their store and explained my situation, they were extremely professional and customer orientated. Not only did they offer their apologies (they did nothing wrong), they offered a refund on the extra pizza immediately. I did not have to wait days for someone to review my case and my problem was solved instantly.

This whole experience was extremly frustrating, I will never place another mobile order with them and go to alternative spots for baked goods/coffee in the area.

Went in for a decaf, told to wait 6mins cause they have to brew a fresh pot. Waited 10min, went back to the counter to inquire. Somehow they forgot to brew the coffee.like WHAT? Can't even make this stuff up. Going to McDonalds across the street next time.

My order was completed with no errors. Had to wait for an extra couple of minutes for my order to be completed. Which was OK, at least my order was assembled perfectly. Many thanks to the staff.

Typical Tims. 5 Stars because they’re one of the only places in the area that have open bathrooms right now during covid - a total lifesaver!

One of the places which you would like to visit at least once in a day. It provides opportunities to rewind by sipping your favorite beverage while taking quick snack bites. As I mentioned you do not need a reason to be here, it is just becomes part of your daily routine or habit.

Fast and speedy service from such a small location. Also the washrooms are very clean and nice.

Staff is rude, especially an older lady that works there, most of the time they will screw up your order & never apologize. 9/10 times the potato wedges are rock hard.

This Tim Hortons consistently forgets my order whenever I order an iced coffee, it’s ridiculous!
