Worst drive thru in the GTA history it’s honestly disappointing when you have to wait 15 mins just to get a coffee

I asked for small coffee with 1.5 milk. Please look at this picture and tell me is there something wrong. It is like as if he made 1.5 coffee in a cup of CREAM

Best place to visit. I visit here today and I experienced best customer service. I recommend you should come here once.

This cafe some times surprise me by making good coffee and some times disappoints me making bad ones.

No consistency in taste

Did ask for steep tea at order instead of saying you can wait for it he said come back after 10 min in very rude way, really! Teach them how to take orders

Excellent service at the drive thru, the staff was very extra large good at the drive thru. I asked her name may be she was Miss Sakshi. Very great service. Really appreciate Sakshi

Although a typical Brampton Time Hortons. I had to ask the server to wash their hands before making my coffee as she was cleaning just before taking my order and she was getting mad as I just wanted my coffee to be made with clean hands. Management should take these things seriuosly.

Coffee is not fresh and staff is very rude. Don’t know how to behave with the customer even dont have knowledge of customer service

I been to many Tim hortons but I never came across to the environment, customer handling and hygiene which I found at that place coffee was same as other serves but the deference I felt was way of talking. Great

This Tims is my favorite cause as busy as the store may be the staff is always smiling and helpful. This place has just been renovated with a new look and awesome furniture.the ambiance makes you feels so comfy. A must visit.

Newly renovated so the tables and chairs would’ve been great if they’re able to keep it clean. They just finished the renovations few weeks ago so we decided to checkout the spot. It was pretty good but noticed that most of the tables and seats were covered in crumbs when we get there. Ordered french vanilla and chocolate croissants and the croissants tasted like it’s been sitting there for days. It was so hard and hard to chew. Very disappointing.

It’s a super busy tim Hortons. I sat there for about an hour and the line up didn’t break. The staff is doing an awesome job. Kids working there were so polite but at the same time moving fast to keep everyone happy.

Supervisor was very rude to employee and was rude to me as well. Very bad customer service experience.

I have ordered from door dash they didnt send one item and.the one item they send it was a coffe i ordered it with 3 sugar and there was no sugar … if employees dont want to work they can stay at home … but dont do like this with people.

Very rude staff member at the window. Tried to tell me that I’m not allowed to order at the window, and when I asked to speak to the manager he then proceeded to ask me what I want in a very condescending tone. Just pathetic. Don’t worry, I don’t want anything from you now.

Such a great service - this location is renovated from inside. Looked real nice, all clean. The cashier who took my order was in training and still got everything right and on time. The service was very quick. Thank you.

The attitude of the staff (girl who attended drive-thru) was inappropriate. The management should make sure that they train their staffs regarding their behaviour towards the customers.

Worst customer service. I ordered hazel nut cold brew with espresso shot from drive thru and when we reach to pick up window, they didn't my order in their system so she made it but after we got there wasn't espresso shot inside. I went inside to get my original order and they made me pay extra to have espresso shot 6 dollars in total. The taste wasn't the same as original. I never go there again.
