This is my nearest Tim’s. Don’t expect much from this place. They consistently make mistakes and it’s obvious that speed of service is prioritized. Even with new faces I see in management I experience mistakes.
If you are a customer who orders complex orders forget it. But even if you order simple stuff throughout a year I estimate that 25% - 35% will be missing something. That sucks.

The service at this location is atrocious. I have ordered here multiple times and they consistently charge us the wrong amount or give us the wrong order.

I just went to order some new items from the Baileys x Tim Hortons collaboration and had to repeat my request for the Baileys’s dream donut at least three times at the drive through line. The employee repeated the wrong donut twice before finally understanding that we wanted the baileys dream donut.

Despite this, they charged us for two donuts and gave one that we did not order. When asked how we would like this refunded, we responded that we’d like it credited on the card and after hearing this they handed us back cash.

If you are looking for a good service experience, this is not the location to go to, especially regarding their drive through.

Was one of 4 people in line in the store. More than one person order were made incorrectly and from my time of order until recieving my food (one wrap) was over 10 minute wait.

We came here to buy food and use our offer from the app. Its our first time using the offer, the offer was tim bits and an ice capp. We ordered it through drive thru and ask for a wrap when we went to the window we showed them the QR code and said that we would like to redeem it and there were two people on the window trying to argue with us saying we cannot redeem it and we ask why and they said they made it as meal and we said no we would like to redeem the offer. Then she just looked at us and gave us our food then she looked confused when we stayed on the window and we ask are they not going to fix it they said no. Bad customer service like really really bad already had an issue with the app before about collecting information that aren’t supposed to then now that im trying to trust the app again so bad. Never ever going back here and use the app.

If I could give zero star I would definitely! How is it hard to get a small order correct! The drink taste so bad the soup was super old and didn’t even give us the timbits! The workers are super rude! This location should be close down!

15 minutes for a simple tea. Employees looking like the three blind mice, no idea what’s happening and they need more training. 1 star is too generous.

Coffee is horrible. If you can remove indian from the tim hortons. They Are ruining the quality of foods and hospitality

I'm a Canadian who is back in Canada at A 'Timmies' for the first time in years and years in Canada.

Pretty disappointed with staff taking orders. Their English was pretty much incomprehensible. No less than ordering each thing 3 times and much of it was still wrong: 2 Honey cruellers.got a glazed donut; black medium coffee.got a large; broccoli soup. Whoohoo, got broccoli soup. But. That after waiting ten minutes only to find out they called out my order five minutes earlier in. Incomprehensible English!

If they cannot speak English (or French) the least they can do is have a screen up indicating orders ready for pickup.

Love Timmies but wow, worst one I've visited by an order of magnitude.

No complaints about staff. Just could not comprehend virtually anything. Including CC instructions (so I just did what I always do).

So better Timmies, even Timmies in Dagupan, Pangasinan, Philippines is far better and they have nothing to sell!

Lastly, no receipt!? !? !?

I came into to the store at 8 pm. When I asked for a dozen donuts, the server laughed. She didn't offer me anything else and turned away.

UPDATE Jan. 19,2023. Order a large cappuccino, cup wasn't filled, not much point ordering a large when you receive the equivalent to a medium

Wi-Fi doesn't work. Low supplies on most things including food because they don't do much business

The staff is really nice, always deliver food on time. Specially Staff member *Noor*. She is very welcoming to customers and always responds with positive attitude and remembers the customers she deals with. She always makes the perfect steep tea i order everyday. Thanks noor for being such a nice team member and a wonderful human being. You are a Tim hortons star.

I had to edit my 4 star review here. I don't even like giving them 1 star. This tim hortons is the nearest one to our home and we preferred going there. But yesterday we decided not to go there anymore. We were continously getting worse experience from a lady all the time. We have no complaints about any other employees. But this one rude lady always give us wrong order and had to go back there to get our correct order. Yesterday she just argued with us and told to download timmies app again and blame us since we couldn't use our tim points. But it was her mistake that her scan didn't go through in the system and I was watching it with my naked eyes while sitting in car's back seat. I have never written any bad reviews and such a lengthy one. But this rude lady has been driving us crazy from pretty long time now. Be it the store manager or the franchise owner or just a regular employee, customers should be given some respect.

Workers here handling the cash and then handling food for a different customer with the same clear disposable gloves on, probably should start you employees with food handling course, drive thru window was the same

Awful service, I placed my order through The App while I was sitting at my doctor's appointment at 5pm. It's told me that my order will get ready by 5: 11pm, so I got at Tim's around 5: 30pm and no one attended me I was waiting there for couple of minutes then one lady came and asked me what is my order and on what name then she printed the receipt and start making my order. She was so slow I was there until 5: 45pm. And my order was not right the coffee was not made the way I asked. Very disappointed and angry.
I ALSO FOUND HAIR IN MY GRILLED CHEESE MELT

Hair in bagel, cleanliness issue. Ordered a bagel with herb and garlic and muffin, got home and found hair in the bagel. Called and solution is to drive back get another one or a refund. Threw the bagel out. Waste of time and gas, place has hygiene issues.

Service gets worse everytime. Gave it another chance, but will not return now. Was told a 5 min wait for food, fine. 20 min later it was ready and order was wrong anyways. Every order in recent months has been wrong in some way.
It's a shame because 6 months ago this was one of the best Tim Hortons around. Now it's easily the worst I've been to.

I get my coffee and sandwich here every other morning. They have gotten considerably better then when they were first operating. They have a pretty busy drive through at times. The employees seem to try hard to pump those orders through. I think once in the last 6 months did they get my order wrong, which I'm going to say is great compaired the mcdonals down the road which is almost always wrong and we dont even go there often. I do find when going inside it takes a while to get your order.

I went to on Tuesday night and it was terrible service. They don’t know how to handle customers let alone have basic human decency. Very rude and inexperienced people.

My sister got me chicken noodle soup from there and I found a bee in my soup. This Tim’s has had bees for a while and hasn’t done anything to get rid of them.

There seems that often they do not have the products they promote, clients often have to accommodate to what they have and not what is offered. Something as simple as crackers for soups is often deemed as “we don’t carry it”

I rarely give bad reviews but I was horrified by what I’ve seen, there was at least 10 wasps flying around touching the food especially the donuts, when we told the employees about this they said it’s because the drive through window is open, I get that but can you at least try to do something about this like at cover the food with wrapping! Its just disgusting

I had a bad experience here. There were bees flying around on donuts and muffins. They gave stale dried out potato wedges to me.

Staff doesn't care their customers. Worst experience at any tim so far. Ordered online and had to wait for 10 minutes (only one customer was at store), no one attended me while standing at mobile pickup counter even they noticed 5 times, no apologies by any of staff at front counter. Lady at the drive-thru was rude when i asked for my order.
