This is the second time this week i’ve ordered extra cream cheese and my bagel has looked like this.
Aside from one lady who usually works the morning shifts and is a rockstar, i highly dislike coming to this location and only do so if im out of time on my way to work to stop at a different tim’s. Really do not recommend coming here.

At the drive through at 8am.
Person at the drive thru did not talk to me. Handed me part of my order and when I asked about the coffee he looked around and then finally gave me my coffee, again with no words. Not very good customer service.

Customer service is horrible. Always rude and irritated with customers, and often get orders wrong

Everything I seem to go to this pitcular timhortons they always get my order wrong I they give me cream in my tea when I say milk and I also got bacon that looked like rubber it was not cooked right I'm just very disappointed because I commute for my work and can not make it back to change my order

This afternoon, my spouse and 6 year old went on a Daddy/Daughter date. She ended up spilling her tea all over herself and the floor. The staff were fantastic. They checked on her, offered first aid, cleaned up the mess and even brought her a new tea without being asked. Thank you so much for your kindness and customer service!

It seems that they care more about Drive Thur then customers in store waited 15 mins for a sausage breakfast sandwich because the one made for my order was taken by drive Thur because they dont want drive thur to wait for more sausage to be made so I got stuck waiting15 mins for it while watching 1 employee tryin to serve the line getting longer out the door while the 7 other employees stand by the drive Thur window chatting away not tryin to help front cash with orders.

Ashley is not a good customer service person for your guys establishment
She always yelling like she's have a hearing problems she don't listen to the customer order she's not good for training other she's not a positive person very negative very bad experience with her customer service skills Something you would know

The manager has no people skills at all. She's very rude and takes her anger out on customers for her ineptness.
