Great location with good customer service. But, the coffee was not hot enough. Not just once, it always happens to me here. Tried Dark roast and Latte, they had very less temperature than other locations, can sip half the coffee within 2 mins. I was once a barista, so I know the difference. Maybe you should service your your coffee machines. Cant keep drinking cold lattes in the name of Hot coffee.

I ordered a black coffee and they put sugar in that. I don’t know what black means to them.

I placed the order and paid, just a plain Bagel with cream cheese, they served more than 5 people behind me and completely ignored me, I had to leave without the order and got no apology. The employees distracted and talking and laughing. Lack of customer service, management and coordination. I was a daily customer and I don't plan on going back to that store anymore.

I ordered ice coffee. But they gave me less in it and said it comes like this without ice. I ordered the same from other locations but nobody did that. The lady there was so rude. Won’t recommend anyone to go there.

Haven't had any problems till now I was on my way home I was 10 minutes before closing so I just wanted to get a coffee though the drive thru but was told that they were closed. So they close early that what is stated online and in-store.

Not sure what everyones problem is with this location based on reviews but I have no complaints. I messed up with the coffee I ordered. I ordered a regular accidently when I wanted a double double. They were able to fix it right away with no fuss. We also ordered two farmers wraps that came nice, fresh and tasted delicious. The best part is, its super close to home.

4th day of service and they are not even able to give good service when it even isn't busy. I got a small steep tea and I told the cashier about the sweetner. He first didn't hear and didn't put it on the screen. I told him again and then he put it afterwards. After I got home, the small tea was not sweet at all and called the place and they are implying that I'm lying and the worker says they did put sweetner. Their attitude is awful. Also they barely had any donuts. Literally almost nothing.
