Very rude staff. They served another customer behind me.
They ignored me. How unfair is this.

Male Employee name “Happy” evening shift date 13 September 2023.
He is very very Rude and he disrespectful me has Much attitude. My bad experience. Zero star for him.

I go here for drive thrus and regret everytime. They are too focused to not keep any cars in the drive thru and make orders without following the actual tim menu guidelines or customer instructions. I bought 2 ice caps once, both had different quantities in them and if you question them, they act like customers know nothing.

Ordered a Farmers Breakfast? It’s probably burnt. Ordered a Farmers Egg and Cheese? They probably put sausage inside and it’s probably burnt. Ordered a Jalapeno Bagel toasted with cream cheese? It’s definitely burnt. I do not understand, why is everything always overcooked? Isn’t double toasted supposed to be the burnt one? It’s as if double toasted is the standard. You should cater to the customer, not the general mass that wants everything overcooked. This location (any many others in Brampton) are ruining the franchise and most of the employees don’t care. If you want better food, go to the Tim Hortons on Peter Robertson and Bovaird, inside the Petro. Although there is a wait, those ladies don’t overcook and burn everything but too bad they not open as early. Now here comes the generic Tim Hortons response to reach out to guest care so that they can “make things right”

The customer service is terrible, and they never seem to have what I'm looking for. I don't think I've ever visited this location and left with exactly what I wanted. The few items they do carry, lack quality. There seems to be no purpose to this location, although I live the closest to this location I always find myself going to the one on Ace drive. Do yourself a favour and do the same.

Food was delicious. I have visited other franchises but this one is amazing, the girls inside who take the order was very calm and dedicating to his work.

Hi I visited tonight with my friends they charge $8 over and Mr hardeep argue and said that i will entrac you at my own. This was really disappointed and they ruin our night

Lady at the drive thru taking order was very rude. If u didn’t hear the order then u should ask the customer to repeat it. Don’t show your stupid attitude to customer because of customers you guys are working here. Not gonna come here again ever

How anyone can bring themselves to eat here upon seeing the bathroom is beyond me.

Urine all over the floor, over flowing garbage. None of the tables have been wiped.

Both the owners and staff alike should be ashamed of for allowing this location to fall into such putrid third world standards.

Got 2 drinks not made properly, and hearing "ANYTHING ELSE" on the drive thru 4 times in one sentence. Have some will power to do your job properly if you want to be rude get the job according to your behavior. Worst service ever got from a tim location. Should have a minus star to give.

Always get my morning coffee from this location. Very friendly and professional staff. They always wish me a great day!

Worst tims ever…. Punjabi girls work here and they don’t care what you get…. I wanted a bagel toasted with butter but i jst get bagel not even heated and than there’s no napkin in bag …

I ordered a wrap to go they gave me a sandwich but when They realized I ordered a warp and told me to wait in parking lot. I waited for 10 freakin minutes, no one came out to hand me the wrap, i went in and they literally started making it when I asked for it.
Come on guys! This is the worst customer service.

One of the WORST Tim Hortons in Brampton! This is the closest location to my house and no matter what time of day I come the service is horrible. They seem to never have baked goods and are always in a rush, even if it's not busy. My orders have been made wrong so many times that I check them before I drive off. I would recommend people go to the Ace drive or Mayfield/Airport one if you want fast and ACCURATE service

Worst place to come every body ignores you and focus only on the drive line so what about ppl that are standing on there feet 3days i have been there never again

I went there in early morning and this woman Hardeep was yelling to the staff, felt horrible standing there. As, in morning we all want peace but screaming isn't well welcome. Moreover my order for Hot chocolate was messed up. It was just hot water. Horrible Horrible experience. Treat people with kindness by Harry styles. Went there again and this girl named Supreet corrected my order. God bless her

I always go this location there was a guy with curly hair have no sense to deal with customers…very rude, and i wait for 20-25 minutes for just coffee.he was working Saturday afternoon…….

Poor customer service.
Provide proper training to your employees before serving customers.
At least, teach them to be polite with customers.

This is the absolute worst Tim Hortons in Canada horrible customer service, stock is always empty ALWAYS even at opening they don’t have 75% of what’s on the menu and it seems like everyone who works here is hearing impaired because they take instructions like a 2 year old with ADHD they never listen to you and mess up my order 90% of the time the only time I would recommend this dump of a “store” is if you want to see how exactly not too run a store if anyone could help remove this Tim Hortons I think the plaza would be 1000x better with out this store.

We ordered strawberry fill donut, we are so disappointed because the donut have so LITTLE strawberry inside.like you cant even taste the strawberry.

If there was zero stars I will give them zero stars. The only reason I come to this Tim Hortons it’s because I live close by but if I was anybody else I will advise them to stay away and go to a different one. They have the worst customer service, worst food quality, always out of stock. Constantly lying to customers because I used to work there yet they are constantly lying to customers about what they can and cannot do just because they are lazy. The only reason I would know this is because I was once a Tim Hortons employee.

Consistently and chronically the absolute WORST experience in Customer Service over the last few years. It seems like they cannot wait to get rid of you at the drive-thru.

Really bad service by supervisor Prabh. He doesn’t know how to deal customers. Even the other staff is laughing at other customers because she said something wrong. My order was totally wrong. I ordered XL steep tea but the supervisor Prabh gave me XL coffee. I went back to store to exchange my order. Supervisor said no a big deal instead of sorry. He didn’t even know how to speak English. Worst tim hortan location.

Worst time Horton location ever.the girls who take orders do not even listen to the customers order and keep repeating what else and what else.very rude staff and do not even know the definition of customer service.every time I go to this location they always make me so mad cause they way they take order sounds like they yelling at customer.

The one who takes order do not listen what we are odering. The person is always in rush nd the order is not completed yet and she is says "is it everything"

@timhortons: There is a compromise on menu items. I Had a similar experience as other customers shared, we got artisan sandwich and it has very less filling, served with lettuce and cheddar cheese.

I placed order at Father Tobin location for Veggie Wrap and they gave wrap with egg after i waited in the parking for 5-7 mins to get my order. Again they gave wrap without Lettuce and tomato. I don’t know what these guys are doing. Everytime when i visit face this issue. It’s just wastage of money. I will never come back to this place in future. Never ever!

We been using this location from years but now they have worst service. Order take ages to get ready and still they don’t make it correctly. 8 out of 10 times they make wrong order.

Worst Tim Hortons for Customer Service. I ordered through the drive through and the employee cut me off. As I reached the window I told her I wasn't dobe ordering yet sorry. She then waved her hand at me and asked her co worker to talk to me instead. Communication and customer service is a big problem and should be resolved.

Like any Tim's, the service is excellent for the most part and folks do a great job in managing multiple lineup of cars lining up for orders. There are times when they run out of few items but that's normal in any case. Things get a bit cramped in the drive through that's more so from the way its designed but that's the only caution to observe.

Train your employees before putting them in night shift schedule.
