Always they ran out of the stuff you are looking for like muffins and cookies, very disappointing also they should take care of the surrounding atmosphere

Gave a tea instead of coffee. Should have tested at the window. Had to drive back

I think she's new, but I love the lady with tattoos at the drive thru. She is very personable and it's a nice thing to experience instead of the, usual, robotic take on customer service. I prefer being served by a real person.

Some times when I get there depending on the line can be a little slow

My meal was not prompt but it was hot and delicious. The iced capp left a little to be desired. It was the worst one I've ever had.

There needs to be a patio and safer pedestrian access. You need to take several turns to turn into this place. Drive thru microphone and speaker had an echo feedback loop. Like ordering coffee in the grand canyon. We had to repeat everything, and they didn't have what we came for.

This Tim's is honestly run by absolute hooligans. Worst Tim's I have ever been to, go someplace else. I visited to hang out while waiting for an oil change. I received the wrong order, and numerous other people walked in having gone through the drive through either missing something or having had something wrong with their orders. I went back up to cash to order something else, and proceeded to wait for way too long while the employees were behind the counter not completing drive through orders, but chatting and GOOFING OFF and gossiping while ignoring me and others. I understand that these employees were students and in their teens and probably new to customer service, but it is never okay to treat customers in that manner. If you're looking for fast and efficient, this location is absolutely not it.
