Every time I'm here, the bathroom is closed to customers. It's not legal to have customers in store, and no bathroom for the public

Awful experience. They are completely unorganized and have you standing there waiting for a mobile order for 10 plus minutes. I made a mobile order today and made a mistake I called and asked to make a change within the same minute RIO told me it’s already made and nothing can be done. I tried to discuss it with her and she just said too bad and hung up on me. Terrible customer service

A pretty good tims in the city. It gets very crowded at times as it's so popular. The staff is usually pretty good and it's very close to the park if there's no good seats available.

The staff are nice and try their best. Every time I order there, I receive my order quite quickly given how busy this location is. There are some homeless people who are nearby sometimes, but that's due to the location. The store could be a bit cleaner as well.

A standout Tim Hortons establishment with great customer service and consistently high-quality food offerings!

The only reason I go to Tim Hortons is Double-Double. I never really enjoyed any other item on their menu.

Good service for downtown Toronto. Employees were nice and patient with me as I didn't know what I wanted to order when I got to the cash register

Bathrooms were closed. No chairs to sit down on in the large dining room and the floors had dirt and trash everywhere. Good freshly brewed coffee though.

Worst Tim Horton I ever visited. The staff is impolite and rude to the customer. They lack professionalism and are completely untrained.
