I had the worst experience with the store located at 5955 Leslie St.cashier ordered me a smaller size and kept saying 'FREE', but used my points without my consent. I was ready to pay by credit card, but she ignored my repeated request and treated me like a donor to a begger. Firstly, I ordered XL, only got L; secondly, I paid by points and was not informed before the transaction. Thirdly, from the manager to all staff all censured me of wrong doing, nothing is bad or any mistakes from their end. I strongly recommend not visiting this franchise again. Don't be the next victim. I would give negative star to their service.

Ordered London fog hot beverage (Dec 21st 2023 @ 8am) and it tastes BEYOND disgusting. Why would any of you working here produce beverages you wouldn’t drink yourself? ! Unacceptable! I advise you all to drink and taste your order while in the drive thru, infront of the drive thru window to make sure it is up to original Tim Horton standard. I understand you have to serve guests in a timely manner but DO NOT SACRIFICE the quality of the food and drinks. I will be reporting you to health Canada.

Probably one of the worst Timmies locations around. The employees are great but the ownership is horrendous. ALWAYS understaffed. Always smaller portions. Missed the Halloween food options? Don't worry! Still being sold a Christmas! Yeah. I feel bad for the employees but super cheap owners.ohbyeah.slowest lines too

This is the most horrible Tim Horton I have even been. Many flyes are fly in the food cabinet and the whole restaurant.

I usually come to this location in the evening while on my way to a friends house. Every time, there is a line up inside, and a line up at the drive through. When I finally get to the window of the drive through, I only ever see 3 employees - one at the front cash (also making food and drinks), one at the drive through (taking orders and making food and drinks), and one employee mopping the floor. I understand cleanliness, but mopping while the store is open seems inefficient and dangerous.

The most inefficiently run Tim Hortons. At the busiest time of the morning.there was only one cash open… and at least 20 people in line. They will not honour your mission to fill a personal cup and save the environment

I ordered 2 drinks and 1 sandwich.was charged for 2 sandwiches and drinks are so bad to the regular taste 1.lemonade -tastes like water literary no lemon 2.icecapp - is so so so so sweet.both the drinks are not drinkable.everything just went in dustbin.the worst service and food received being a regular customer.

Terrible customer service. Drive thru always a big lineup and staff move slow. When you order mobile pick up and request for “now” it usually takes them 20 minutes. They need to hire more people and manage better.

Wish I could give no stars.
The lady that served me this evening was very rude. She didn’t change her gloves before making my wraps. Watched her touch the door and the back sink faucet with those gloves. Disgusting. When I told her she should change her gloves, she said she didn’t touch anything. Will not be going back!

Worst Tim Hortons in the city when it comes to wait times they seem to be understaffed and it’s been like this for a long a time. Average wait time 15 mins

I visited a few times in-store and the wait time to place an order is always upwards of 5-10 mins while there are 5 employees and no one in line.

Also, during morning hours and lunch drive thru gets really busy and employees do not prioritize mobile or in-person orders for ones in line. Do not come here if you want your food or drinks in a timely manner.

Employees don't take the cleaniness seriously as they handle money, the sandwiches, as well as cleaning equipment with the same pair of gloves, and some without gloves as well.

Food preparation time is not too bad during odd hours. But today, I was served a completely burnt piece of bread underneath my sandwich. I don't recommend coming to this location for food items.

Yesterday was our first time we came to that excellent restaurant. But It is obviously not the last time. We enjoyed the evening very much with the good service, with the fine dishes and fine drinks and with the modest charge. We will no doubt return there again.

Nice location with friendly staff. The coffee over here is always freshly brewed. If you feel that it is cold and not fresh just ask them they will change it for you.

Geez. Why are you guys soo rude?
One star only because you are the only drive through (although the slowest) around me. But your service is inconsistent and most of your staffs are so impolite.

Has to be the worst Hortons in the GTA, super prime location always understaffed, for example Oct 21 5: 30 pm 3 poor employees working their but off.
11 cars for drive through approximately 10 people for take out. No social distances inside, no hand sanitizer, washroom closed for no reason.
Management is garbage, paying customers expect much better service. I guess no one cares. Sad!

An employee named Cinthia is very rude to customers as well as to her co-workers. I ordered a frozen lemonade and an everything bagel. She was rushing my order. She didn’t even let me complete my order. Totally unprofessional and disrespectful behaviour.
