Tim Hortons

This has to be the worst Tim Hortons in Ontario. Every time I attempt to give this place a chance, my order is screwed up. It's cursed! Lol

Horrible Expectances in the past year. They take my order, I pay, and either they hand me the wrong things or try to rush me along before giving me everything in my order. There is no way I am EVER doing drive through again. Its a waste of money for them to mess it up every time. This is why they have lost my business.

Honestly just overall poor quality!

I often go to this location in the morning on my way to work. The lady who takes my order is always very rude, i can hear her talking and laughing for a while before she asks me rudely what i want. At one occasion about 10 cars including myself left without anyone taking our order. They are so busy talking that they don't get peoples orders right. Needless to say i stopped going there

Not sure where to begin with this location, every time at the speaker ordering it’s as if the person taking my order is having 2 conversations. The one time they were laughing and speaking a different language half way through my order. The rudeness and the ignorance is absolutely disgusting. They have you repeat cause they aren’t focused on the task at hand. Multiple occasions I have received the wrong meal item due to lack of focus. They might be fast but I leave every time going “that was painful”. Working customer service and being a TimHortons employee as a teen this franchise has certainly taken a plunge. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION UNLESS DESPERATE! Would give no stars if possible!

Walked in to order, it took 5 minutes for someone to actually attend to me because they were all busy servicing the drive-thru
Once I ordered service was fast and the order was correct but I was disappointed that I take the time and effort to walk in and then get treated as second class customer.

I am from Burlington. Third Line and QEW is the best place to meet halfway if you have a meeting from Sauga or Toronto. My.favorite donut since late 90's

Waited half hour in the drive thru. 3-4 workers were present in the store. Nobody taken order at 9: 00Pm.

For some reason ordering a coffee with ONE cream is very difficult for these people. Over and over again I order and I get a coffee with what looks and tastes like 2-3 creams. How is this order so difficult to get correct? ! I don’t complain often, but come on… this is brutal

Tea was cold, no gloves on hands lady was very rude and unprofessional was giving two cups of tea without tray even i have more from there very bad service there

order a turkey bacon club with honey mustard.no bacon and regular mustard.a black coffee.sugar in it, a steeped tea with milk and sugar.they gave me a coffee with milk and sugar.two donuts both stuck to the bag and all the frosting off the top.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THIS TIM HORTONS!

These guys are centrally the best in the area. Very quick great quality. Consistent in the coffee and donut supply. I go here everyday.

The girl works here for drive-through on Nov 27,2021 @ 4: 05 PM should get fired.
Does not know what she is doing, unprofessional, no trained customer service.
SHE DOEST EVEN KNOW THE DIFFERENT BETWEEN MEDIUM SIZE AND LARGE SIZE CUPS (but knows how to sing and dance with other co-workers while IGNORING customer issues)

Person taking orders here on Sunday November 28 was the worst, rudest woman ever. And the "NEW" cappacino i got was burnt and bitter. Won't be going back to this location ever again.

Fresh coffee and fresh Timbits of all kinds a "Tight" drivethru entrance. Fix it asap.

The young lady at drive thru extremely rude. I was trying to order and for some reason the microphone wasn’t working properly … and she started YELLING at me.saying “im alone “ what the hell … since when employees yell at customers?

The employee was arguing with me because she couldn't hear me speak, yet i was literally yelling at the drive through, please adjust your headset accordingly or put someone who doesn't have hearing problem at the drive through.thank you

Terrible customer service, everyone there is racist against white people ‍️. Won't refund my money for not having hockey cards. Call head office they say, still Don't have my f'n money back 3 days after the fact. After calling twice. I would never eat there. They're Terrible service will make me never purchase from that store again! 1530 north service rd. W. Oakville.

I wish I didn’t have to put a star! Every single time. I’m not exaggerating. Every single time I have EVER ordered from this location, my order was wrong. EVERY SINGLE TIME!

A horrible experience at drive through this afternoon.this person should behave herself prior to serve the customers. Very rude and a confused attendant!
