This location need serious attention by Management. They were out of stock for french vanilla, brown sugar. The guy at counter was not aware of some products. Wait times are much longer

The Restuarant is nice, and neat but noisy, not by the costumers, it is the staph who were making the noise when they chat and talk to each other. I think it is cultural thing, they used to talk loudly, but they should realize it is a work place for them so they should considrate poeple setting in the restaurant.

Tim Hortons in general should prioritize in shop customers. Most of these outlets including this one is understaffed for in shop customers hence struggling to provide a good service.

The staff do try there best but the fact that they constraint all their time and speed and service on making sure the drive thru window keeps moving leaves all of us in person customers ALWAYS WAITING UNBELIEVABLE wait times. There are usually 3 or 4 servers working on drive thru leaving one staff member to do everything for the front line it's ridiculous. Get mirr staff for the front and and stop punishing us just because we're not in a frekin car, please and thank you. God bless that one server though trying their best

Coffee is always pathetic, this location always disappoints us, the staff always mess up the order as if they are not listening properly or not understanding, sometimes they forget to put sugar, sometime extra milk.
That’s the closest location so we always ended up here and gets disappointed.

Drive through was backed up and took hella lot of time. When i ordered and finally reached the counter the lady asked my order again and mentioned the system was down so they couldn't track the customer orders. Wasted 30 mins and gas for few dollars of watery coffee. This happened more than once so i guess mobile pickup doesn't work in this location.
Oh one more thing i noticed is even if you scan your tims card the offers on the app is not working in this location. Either they dont scan it properly or they dont honor the offers.

The WORST Tim Hortons in Milton! Everytime I came hungry from my Kumon shift I would come here only to be disappointed- Never fresh, they never have stuff available, and their coffee isn't great.

Food was good as usual. Both men's and women's washroom were broken and unavailable.
Supervisor type person was rude but the actual lady who finally served me was wonderful.

This is the absolute worst Tim Hortons. The owner Diego has no idea how to hire competent staff, or doesn't treat the good ones well.

Placed in order in the dining room a kid named Justin took my order and walked away. I waited patiently for him to return. Another employee named Ralph was super nice, asked if I had been helped. I told him I had. He then helped two other customers. Then saw me standing there still I told him the kid took my order and walked away.he actually went on break. Then another employee and Ralph grabbed my order. Thanks to them.
Then what looked like the supervisor asked if I was okay and told her what happened and she literally couldn't care less.

Never the less, I will not be back to this location and I advise everyone to stay clear.

With all that staff at the front end you think they can send someone to clean the bathroom once a while. They don't seem to care even after I've mention it to them.

The employee that served me was either Marta or Martha. She had terrible customer service, was rude to me and was rude to her own coworkers.

This was a terrible experience for me. I went in the drive thru at 10: 50 and no one was answering so I go to the window and the employee was saying that it’s closed. I even showed him the time about when it close and what is the current time. He didn’t care and just walked away. Next thing you know I ask him to check the time on his phone about when it closes and he didn’t even check. By the time it was 10: 55 and then my parents called the headquarters to complain on them for their bad services. When it was 11pm then he confidently waves at us that the store is closed now. This was so terrible and such a disrespectful experience. We then called the headquarters and complained about there bad services and we hope that this issue is solved. Either they right the correct timings or get fired at there job for not doing it properly. This is the 3rd or 4th time this has happened to me and I hope that it does not happen again. Definitely do not recommend this Tim hortons

The store doesn’t know how to hire people, I submitted my review last week and they told me to come on Saturday at 10: 30AM. I came at that time and waited for 15 minutes just for them to tell me to come tomorrow (Sunday) so I came today (Sunday) again at 10: 30AM and they told me again that I need to come tomorrow (Monday) at 10: 30AM. People have lives and are busy, if they want to hire people then hire them. Don’t keep wasting people’s time and effort this way.

This Tim Hortons didn’t take our order once even though it wasn’t closed. Then I recently went again and I was waiting for 5 mins at the drive thru for our order and no one responded even though it was 10: 50. We went up to the drive thru window and they just ignored us and ignored the time. Very poor employee services and I wouldn’t even come here even if it was my last resort.

This was so gross it’s always like this Try through is horrible they are slow or something is wrong with your coffee they just laugh in your face about it I wish I could post the picture that I took it’s so gross

Awful will not be back. First of all, out of what we ordered. Nothing but confusion when trying to explain what to make instead. Get to the window and asked me what was in my mobile order. Do you not have that information? I used mobile order to not have to order in person. Hands me the wrong item, doesn’t offer the difference between what I had ordered and the cheaper option. They’re just lost, go elsewhere.

NEVER COME HERE!
Tea is ALWAYS COLD. Doesnt matter what time of day you come service is garbage. Also dont expect any of your orders to come out right.

This is hands down THE WORST TIM HORTONS IN MILTON.
