Please do better. You need more staff. Or to utilize them better. So so so slow. Especially when there is construction around. Which, is always.

Very good location. Unfortunate that most of the seating is gone since the Reno. Otherwise 5 stars

Staff are so rude. They basically go with the "customer is always wrong and I can't possibly have gotten anything wrong" mentality. Lady was talking with her mask in her mouth (like not over nose and chin but literally half of the mask was inside her mouth when talking) and then yelled at me when we realized after that that was my order she mumbled out. This is all in addition to waiting for 10 mins for a single steeped tea. Huge lineup of customers waiting for their order. Worst Tim Hortons I've ever visited.

Edit in response to management's response: To clarify, yes, staff can still wear masks even if not mandated (as evident by staff wearing and nearly swallowing masks) and yes, I have the right location at King and Bathurst as I am from the area and know the location very well. Not Queen and Bathurst, not King and Shaw, but King and Bathurst. Management, please use your time to address your staff rather than wrongfully speculating online (though it does kind of prove my narrative of the management and team).

Edit 2 in response to management's edited response: Unfortunately, I have no desire to come back and ask for the manager for an incident/experience from days ago. I don't want anyone specifically disciplined or fired. I just want management to 'hey, we might have a problem here, let's fix this at the core'. I have already said what my experience was and if you would just take responsibility, that would have been it. However, you seem to keep putting the onus onto your customer which is supportive of what I have been saying.

Edit 3: Just wanted to include that I witnessed another customer (ahead of me post-payment) also be rudely spoken to. He was also waiting a while for his drink and was asked what he had ordered, by the same lady. He answered. She then proceeded to scold him that the drinks that were ready on the counter were not his. Both him and I were confused at this interaction as he made no indication that he was speaking about the drinks on the counter. Not sure what happened for him next as my experience happened right after this.
