The closers on Tuesdays with hijab and glasses is super unprofessional. I had to get money from aTD bank across the street. I wasn't even gone for 2 minutes and when I got back to complete my order she shunned me off like I wasn't literally in the building asking for a medium regular with an espresso shot moments ago. I work nights. Teacher your staff some hospitality for people whom work until 4am or hire new staff. Plain me simple. I definitely won't be coming back. Her attitude was disgusting.

My favorite Tim's always great service and quick service. It is days like this morning that made me write a review. I had received my morning coffee, and I read the top and smiled. Keep up the great work. Every day I start my morning getting my coffee and every one is so pleasant.

This place had changed. New owners, new crew. Very fast and coffee always tastes the same. I gave the good a lower rating as I don't like it at any location. Stck to doughnuts, lol.

This Tim's is a disaster!
Our 48 person dealership has stopped using their service. The premise is very dirty and the staff have no respect that what they are preparing and confused that someone will eventually be eating their work. Preparation is sloppy and have forgotten they are in the service industry. Wake up Tim's your loosing customers in an already decreasing economy.

Past year or so every coffee I get from this location is FULL of grinds at the bottom. Not sure if ur perk basket needs replacing or if ur workers are just ripping the coffee packets open too fast and sending grinds all over the store

This location is known for not being very fast, but I don't care. Their staff are always so warm and kind. Tim's staff are allowed to accept tips, don't forget!

Too bad this is my neighbourhood tim hortons. It’s awful! Always a very long wait. They can’t seem to get my order correct 1/2 the time. A woman at the window is very unprofessional, I think her name is Annie? Avoid this tim hortons if you can.

Just went through the drive thru a few minutes ago.we ordered 2 seperate orders but no indications to which order we were paying for first at the window. Very bad communication and customer service skills. We had enough points each for a free drink that we wanted to use, the girl at the window scanned my BF's points but we noticed the price didn't change so we simply asked "hey did that go through" all we got was a "no it didn't work" so we asked her to try again and the manager came in with attitude saying" she already did" when we know for a fact they didn't try again.so we had to pay full for our order even though it took a bunch of his points. The sad thing is we'll never visit here again. We go to this Tim Hortons quite often because it's local and we even had a great relationship with the staff, Until recently we've noticed the morale of the store lower significantly.the manager in the window specifically has been very rude and treats you with so much disrespect if you have any questions whatsoever. A while ago we ordered 2 iced Capps both with a shot of caramel and ended up with just one with caramel even though we saw on the screen before driving up that both had flavour shots.she treated us like we were liars and said "well you didn't pay for two flavour shots" we felt gaslit and embarrassed because she treated us so terribly. She made us pay for the flavour shots (which is fine) but when we said "sorry for the misunderstanding" we just got a blank stare dirty look.absolutely terrible service and she treats customers like an enemy. I feel bad for any employee who has to work beside that vile woman.

I have been going to this Tim Horton for 7 years, I find the new staff working the drive thru have no proper customer service. They have no courtesy to reply to (Thank Yous) nor (Have a good day). They don't even bother giving a total at the order window to make sure the customers have money ready to pay at window.

Good as Tim Hortons should be. Unfortunately all the stores seem to have the same problem. They cater only to the drive through. I waited first in line for 6 minutes before someone took the time to come to the cash. As I said 7 employee for the drive thru and 1/3 of one for the clients at the counter. I always regret my choice to go in.

This is by far the best Tim Hortons I have ever been to! The freshest coffee, hottest food, and the employees there just make it all better! A beautiful girl named Noah I think, is probably the most considerate being there who pays great attention to detail. I wish I could rate this 10 stars!

Worst Tim Hortons ever. I have ordered twice from this location and my order was wrong each time. I don't know if they over work their staffs or the staffs intentionally steal the food ordered. I find it very sickening and disgusting.

This location in Gloucester has a manager that is very rude to the customers. She refuses to serve who she chooses and is mean to the staff.
On Monday May 10 she refused to serve me in the drive through and even swore at me when I asked why. The staff is always getting my order wrong and constantly have to get them to make my order again. I don't recommend this Tim Hortons to anyone. In fact I shouldn't have given it a star at all. Should be -5 stars.

Everytime I have been to this Tim Hortons, I have had a wonderful time. Great service, amazing food, and some of the best coffee I've ever gotten from a Tims. There's one young lady in particular named Manal who greets me with the warmest smile and makes my Tims experience spectacular! What a wonderful place! I gave it 5 stars but it really deserves more: D.

I have ordered online from this location several times and my order has either always been a mess or items were missing/wrong size. This morning they sent me two extra large coffees instead of an iced capp and I finally called to complain to the store. The manager denied everything I said, kept deflecting blame and was rude. Even the driver said the girls working there were chatting and gossiping and not doing their jobs. Every time I go through the drive thru the girls working there are rude, miserable and unprofessional. They are chatting and hardly focusing on their work. This place need a major staff overhaul, manager included.

Today I had a very negative experience at this location, indeed, there was a misunderstanding of my order, the guy who served me dealt in very impolite manner, on the verge of threatening me I should make the correct order next time, I’ve expressed my disappointment and reminded him he was rude with me and this is not the proper way to deal with timmies customers, I’ll boycott this branch from this day!

The past 2 orders I've made through Uber Eats has been 100% wrong. I understand it can be busy with many orders coming in, but please pay attention to the order details please. Its such a huge hassle. I will never order from here again.

Very bad experience on the drive through a few weeks ago. I asked to make some minor changes to my breakfast sandwich (farmers wrap) I asked for no hash brown on it and instead offered to pay extra for tomatoes and was told rudely that no changes can be made.

The last time I checked you can change and or have your sandwich done the way you like at any restaurant, not to mention they charge. 50 cents for tomatoes which I was willing to pay. The lady was extremely rude about it. Not going back to that location again.

Convenience is the only reason I go to this location. But, now I will go to Starbucks. I can say without fail, this location is always out of items. Last night the customer service person taking the order did not have bagels, previous it was tim bits, previous it was donuts. It is always something here. It is all about the delivery to the customer and this agent was borderline rude and not the Tim Horton's Standard. Mubasa I think was his name, I could not see his name tag. It was Monday night. All I can say is training, training and training. There is no call for rudeness. There are many businesses chasing the same nickel, keep this up and there won't be a business. I am trying to support my neighbourhood and this owner owns the one in FC as well, same issues there. Get this fixed or you could potentially loose more business. I won't come back and I am going to report to head office.

This is definitely the worst service out of all the Tim Horton’s I’ve been too! I am a huge customer of Tim Horton’s. I go through the drive-thru’s at least twice a day. 2951 Bank street didn’t put the caramel on my child’s ice cap.nor did they cut the bagel that my child ordered. My wife’s coffee was disgusting! The drive-thru was ridiculously held up as well.suggesting that they get some new management!

Worst Tim Hortons experience ever. Despite the wrong orders i regularly receive at this location. Today in drive thru the 2 vehicles behind me somehow got served before me. My speaker remained silent as i watched them drive on through. Needless to say I am never returning to that location. There are way to many locations in Ottawa, this one is not for me

The place is a basic Tim Hortons. Depending on what time you go you will either get what you want or not. I have visited this place multiple times and every other time I order a chill they would say they are out of cream. The tables are not that clean, but the staff are pretty sweet and nice.

I've been going to this location for quite some time and haven't had any complaints. But in the past 5-6 months, the customer service has gotten bad. Some of the staff are a bit rude, aggressive and at times don't acknowledge your presence.

I used to go regularly to this store, but since 2 months or so, the service became very bad and the staff are rude. I think they changed the managers.
Almost every time I go, I have explain to them how to do an Americano.
Today I had to deal with a very rude person, when I tried to explained that it's not the coffee I ordered he treated me with a very rude way. And he told me word by word " If I you are not happy with our service don't come anymore" I had to leave because the drive thru is full, I didn't want to waste the time of people who were behind me. I don't know how he allows himself to talk to a costumer with a very bad and impolite way. I will never go back to that store and I don't recommend anyone to go.
I selected 1 star because there is no option to select zero.

I am uncertain why I continue to return to Tim Hortons. As a Canadian staple I should just except the fact that no matter how awful it tastes I am expected to enjoy a double double. The food in the pictures on the signs always look so delectable, but when I received an uncooked and unmelted grilled cheese sandwich, seemingly a simple order, I’m frustrated time and time again. The coffee is treacherous, the food sub standard and the cashiers seem to look more and look untidy.
Demons I think we need a coffee break. Not a proverbial break but a literal break. I’m not going to your store for a while

This Tim's Horton is not a place for vegetarians. I was very disappointed with the ladies working on food stations because they were using their hands to grab the meat and not the tong. Bacon, sausage, eggsbagels butter, wraps, wrap box, cabinet door handles everything with same gloves. Instead of changing the gloves they were cleaning with a piece of clothe. It is not totally employees fault they were doing this in order to finish the food order within 30 seconds but doesn't have to be this fast and the clients should also understand this and should be willing to wait a bit more for their order. This way it can be prevented. But still, employees should respect people food and must change glove regular and use tongs to grab the meat. Thanks

2 out of 5 orders are wrong. It's on my way to work. It could be the best coffee shop for me if they only can complete orders without mistakes.
First time I got chai latte instead of classic latte. Second time I ordered breakfast bagel (with cheese and bacon) but got a regular bagel instead, which is cheaper. I was driving through so both times I couldn't ask them to remake it because I only found out at work.
Very disappointed. Next time I'd definitely use another Tim Hortons which is not far from this one.
So check your orders right at the window, don't drive away until you know exactly that you got what you ordered.

I try to avoid going to the this Tim’s. Slow service compared to other Tim’s. I agree with many other reviews in that they need more front of the house staff as oppose to drive thru. Food is sub par and coffee almost tastes old.

I get made feel bad for requesting a new bagel lightly toasted as they had burnt the first one. The manager speaks to her employees in a foreign language leaving me to presume they are talking bad about my request. This is a real horrible place to visit in the morning hours as they will neglect in store to reach drive thru timers. And will even rush you out of the drive thru.

Absolute worst Tim Hortons ever. 90% of the time they dont have things stocked. Guaranteed to get your order wrong (ordered a farmers wrap, got one with no hashbrown.paid for a farmers wrap) the customer service is worse than garbage, every clerk but two of them, acts holier than thou and gives attitude even when pointing out an error they have made. They are snyde and honestly almost everyone there just needs to be fired and start fresh with people who give a damn. I live near this one so its convenient, but I'm not going back after today. I'll give my business to a franchise that wants it. The people at this Tim's are less than useless.

The service at this Timmy's is slow, especially at 9am when they should always have 2 cashiers. Sure the owner may save a few dollars by hiring less people, but if your service is slow, how many customers will he lose?
