stopped there today after an appointment and the staff member that served me was very rude.stated things followed by scoffs or sarcastic laughter like “i can’t do this, i need to walk away” when i took a moment to get my payment ready.i apologized and explained it had been a rough morning and she cut me off to ask how i was paying in a very rude tone.i work in customer service and have been in stressful and tiring situations before, but never would i have been so rude and snooty like this employee was.very unhappy with the service at this establishment.

I went to this location to take out coffee and pastry today, after I ordered, I wanted to change my order but one of the staff told me that it's not possible to change your order and you have to order something else if you want another pastry, that is ridiculous because I knew that she has to do return process and she didn't want to do that, Now I understand that why there is too much criticism to Tim Hortons, There's no right for customers there!

Solid Tim Hortons. Long drive through, friendly staff and good service. When we went, they ran out of eggs and hash browns and we had to wait for 20 minutes - but they gave us a free hash brown as a little thank you for our patience, which was a nice gesture.

Just because I'm a disabled black veteran who sacrificed my limbs for this country doesn't mean I get denied service when I come in late at night. Especially when this place is not busy with only two cars in the drivethru. Extremely dissapointed and shocked with this! After a long day of not eating and just having lost my service dog I get treated to this. Do not recommend this location go elsewhere.

Clearly understaffed, they are always all over the place and hardly know what is going on. Hate delivering for this place, easily the worst around Grange. The service sadly wasn't any better when I spent my own money, either.

Was busy. Friendly but forgot 2 of our 4 items and overheated pastry. I get it. Keep going guys and girls!

Got a wrong item from my original order and had to drive back to get my original order. None of the employees cared about apologizing and were rude. Don't take your customers for granted, and respect every person's time.

Come on, you can't fill the cup up all the way? First problem, the points card scanner wasn't working, fine, then my hot drink isn't even filled up all the way. Thank you, great workmanship employee who made this.

Sometimes the people are hard to understand and messed up one of our orders once but overall pretty good experience. And also the chairs are really bouncey which is the best part

Tim, your standards are slipping. 90% of your tables were dirty. Bathroom was dirty and the floors were dirty. I came at a slow time, 2: 30 pm, no excuse for the state of you shop. Remember, Timmys, part of your market share was based on offering a clean environment. So sad.

Sometimes the line gets a bit backed up but all of the employees are super sweet! They never make me feel rushed or a bother. There’s one employee with long hair and he is so incredible - I’ve stopped by this Tim’s on my way home after a long day just because his positivity is so contagious. I’ll specifically go down Victoria to stop by this Tim’s.

Overall great service!

They had the online ordering open while the store was closed. We ordered on mobile and got there to learn there is no one to serve. So, lost my money and money. While this is suppose to be a 24/7 open, they had closed by 10pm ‍️

It's Tim Hortons what else can I say nothing special although this location does have the best line up spots very long before it reaches the road

Worst customer service. The guy who works in the front is not fit for the job. Please give trainings to your employees about how to treat customers.

Friendly staff, but I've gotten the wrong order + times and their hash browns are always cold.

Got overcharged at the drive thru- they fixed that after I called and emailed several times.
Posting here so others can keep an eye on their transactions.

Asked for all assorted Timbits (except honey dip) received the timbits, all were honey dip but not assorted repeated myself twice and still messed it up

I come here at least once a week and the ladies are so kind and pump out a medium coffee and farmers wrap quicker than I've ever seen. Food is usually ready just as I finish paying.

I have gotten probably about 100 cheese tea biscuits.approximately 15 have been toasted. Is it that hard? Let me know I won’t order.

Not great - got screwed through the drive thru. They did fix it. Lots of new staff so I feel bad for them. However, they also have someone who doesn't speak English running the show.

Twice in a row I went there and they had no chili. I went at completely different times (2pm one time, around 8pm the other time). I asked if chili was no longer on their menu since they’ve been out twice in a row and the staff member couldn’t respond with a decent answer. They seem to run out of normal items all the time.
And, I notice the donuts at this location are never fresh. I’ve been to other Tim Hortons where the donuts are very soft and fresh as if they were baked that day but I’ve NEVER had a soft fresh donut at this location. They’re always either mediocre tasting or stale (which is why I just don’t bother anymore).
I’ve been going to this location every now and then for a couple years out of sheer convenience and they’re definitely the worst Tim Hortons in Guelph (imo).

I feel bad for the staff here, even if there’s 10 working at once it never seems to be enough to meet the demand. Staff then become visibly agitated/stressed to us customers, which I don’t blame one bit as someone who has worked in fast food. Management is at fault here. Nonetheless, they try their best and I’ve always had accurate orders here, sometimes slower than desired though. Again, with a drive thru line of 15+ cars during rush hour, can’t blame the minimum wage employee for a systemic issue.

It's Tim Hortons, you'll get pretty much what you expect. I've never had an especially bad experience at this location

The staff here is extremely rude and untrained.
This happened over 2 days, first day the dribk I ordered was really bad so the second day while ordering I informed that yesterday's drink was disappointing so they should be a little careful with today's drink.

The second day's drink, despite the request, was worse, it was PATHETIC!

On top of it when I went back and complained, no apology, no shame, they asked me If I wanted a "FREE DRINK"?

I drove multiple kilometres back to get $3-4 drink for free? Are these people for real?

These guys are bloody jokers and their whole staff is untrained!

How is it possible to mess up a bagel with cream cheese? Honestly, why do I come here? What is the meaning of life? Friendly drive-through staff though.

This location has the rudest girl working. I don’t even know how she has a job there still. Most annoying voice she wears glasses and never says you’re welcome to people. Gives off the worst energy ever and this is a customer service industry. SMH I’ve told her many times about why doesn’t she say you’re welcome ever and she never changes and always ruder everytime. I should tape her next time and post her ignorance.

Avoid this location at all costs.
Longest lines I've seen, the location is far from being short staffed. This is the closest location to me so I go commonly and it's always the same.
Customer service is pretty poor. They will take your order and then tell you at the window they don't have what you want and ask if they can modify your order - all after making you wait for half an hour.and they still made one of the coffees wrong with milk instead of cream.

AVOID at ALL costs!

This morning it seemed like there was a few new staff being trained but all I. All it was a good experience.

I have never been to guelph but I love tim hortons; my 1 year old chihuahua Taco Singh (on instagram @taco_singh) also loves plain timbits! No sugar - both of us do not like sugar as it is bad for our health - We want more healthier options and more multicultural and diverse options to promote more inclusion - for example, we would like a Rooh Afza drink as part of the menu

Very fast drive through without delay.
They got my order right and it was very tasty.

Fully recommended when in a rush to enjoy a delicious fast meal and beverage

I have typically come here through the drive-thru. I've found the drive through service and friendliness needs some improvement. This location is in a great spot but very busy during many peak hours. I often pass by based on the size of the lineups at the drive-thru.

Coffee? , tea? , Hockey cards! I can't wait until that event is over, I'll be saving around 200.00$ a week! But I love it.

Sorry to say but not the best tims in town. Often very large lines in drive-thru (not the stores fault). You will often talk to two people to order drive-thru which seems odd in my opinion and definitely some of the worst service in town from most employees except a few. Often I've been served without a single word being said at the window from workers who daily seem upset. And the donuts always seem old and that just sucks.

So um, every tea I have gotten so far has been perfect, but I think you need to fix your sugar machine or something because I found these in my tea.

And I didn’t know these were in my tea until I went to shake my tea to mix the sugar in.

So um yeah, not too happy right now.hopefully someone can explain this because I use to work for Tim Hortons in the past an know how the machines work but I’d certainly like to know how this happened.

Might as well take wedges off the menu. 80% of the time they're sold out. Even today at 12pm.right at the start of lunch time. C'mon Tim Hortons.

Coffee very bland. Food quality is just poor and sloppy for the price you pay. Not impressed and never have been.

Tim hortons is familiar to canadians not only on their taste but also the depth of their humanity. The children foundation for supporting the children is amazing.

Very disappointed in Tim Horton's, they all have change staff. Hardly any white persons. And they are SLOW. I have now change to McDonald's

Worst Tim Hortons BY FAR! Just went in to let them know that for the 10th day in a row I didn't receive what I ordered. The girl I was speaking to had a blank look on her face and just stared at me, didn't even apologize even though it was probably her that made my order. I think that Tim Hortons needs to work on customer service and lay off the employees times for a bit.

Grab my daily coffee from this location, and its the fastest service during rush hour. Great Staff as well.

Friendly staff hindered by bizarre order delivery locations. Some of your order may be at one end of the counter, and some at the other. Kudos for handling my son changing his mind about his order.

Worst Timmies around. Found a hair in the hot cocoa.no cream cheese in the bagel.thought they were supposed to be measured out. Looks as though they just cleaned the community knife on it and gave it to me. Oh and I got the wrong bagel as well. Cheese croissant was disgusting. 6 people standing there doing nothing and ten people waiting to place an order? Absolutely terrible

Horrible service! Very slow 4 people in front in-line took 15 minutes to get to the counter. And another 10 minutes to get a chilies cheese wedge. The staff clearly do not know what they are doing as the wedges had cheese curds and not shredded cheese. I asked for extra base in my iced coffee and they did not even stir it. Literally did not even put the spoon in the cup.

Horrible. I know tim hortons is all about convenience but I would actually recommend driving further to another one. Service is extremely slow, and when my food was finally ready no one was there to expedite it. A well run fast food restaurant has someone to expedite orders and not just let it sit there. When I finally got my food my sandwhich was covered in sauce which was tough to eat decently.
As a fast food restaurant you should either have decent service or have food prepped properly.one of the two atleast if not both.

Got an egg and bacon came with no bacon and this is the 4th time in a row this has happened that's ridiculous

Very friendly staff but always has gross washrooms, there is a sign in the washroom saying we should let them know when it is dirty but feel it should be hourly check and we would not have to inform you

Friendly staff & a good place to grab a fresh coffee, tea or other hot beverage or cold beverage along with a donut, bagel, or soup & a sandwich. Lots of assorted light meals & snacks.

Drive through line is usually really long but it moves fast. Bacon English muffins were delicious!

Friendly staff who were nice enough to let me upgrade my coffee to an extra large upon realizing it was my free visit on the rewards program however they loose one star because the location is not the greatest depending on the direction that you are traveling from.

The best in service and workers are friendly with a good sense of humour. 24 hour convenience. One of only a handful of Tim Horton's in Guelph that stay open at night now. Coffee is good. Products fresh.

One of the cashiers Jade acted very rude when we asked for a donuts she kept saying which one even after we pointed at the one we wanted. Kept making snappy rude responses definetly not the kind of service you should have at the front of you’re store.

Excellent service at drive thru but we had to go back in tim Horton as the teas were not right. But I love the people that work there.

Thanks for half a wrap Tim's! Filled with a little pc of brown soggy lettuce, too much sauce and a little bite of chicken like substance. This is why I don't order food at Tim's Horton.

Build it and they will come. Constructing a large drive thru lane means that there are more cars in line to place orders. The same quality service of food and staff but exiting this location is.a nightmare. It's a poorly designed spot. You are wise to find an alternate location.
