Tim Hortons

Lately I have been finding a gross amount of coffee grinds in my coffee… I visit daily and this is becoming a daily issue… Strained out my coffee today to find more grinds than what a tea bag would have tea… Not impressed and will be visiting the one up the road from now on.

The slowest Tim Hortons ever. There workers are all look high and confused. Takes them forever to serve. They don't know how to communicate with each other or talk to the customers.

Last 3 orders have been mistakes, wrong coffees missing donuts every time. Update 9/20/2022: Stopped by again and they messed up my sandwich but the worst part was my double double was moldy with a strong aftertaste im not sure how this is possible unless the machines are not being cleaned.

Always slow even when there's absolutely nobody in line for drive through or in store.

Food was fresh! Coffee was fresh! Had weird staff who did not talk and or smile, just stared at me until I ordered and I even said hello. Overall pretty good experience and clean.

I live very close to this location so I always go there. I tried to order a sandwich or wrap and the young girl working refused because she was “short staffed” and one of them was on break. She told me only soup or a bagel. I got only two options. So I ordered a bagel and asked for a bagel with plain cream cheese and she messed up and put garlic cream cheese instead. Wasn’t happy with the service.
