I had asked for a bagel with cream cheese and cucumbers, they gave me a bagel with vegetables no cream cheese, when I came back she wanted to charge me again for it. So I asked for a refund. Every single Tim Hortons in hamilton is awful

I wasnt able to even order i was pushed by a drug addict who threw meth pipes all over the counters yelling about his ice cap, while with my young child. Would NEVER order from here again. I would give them a negitive review if possible. Staff did nothing.

Ordered a medium cold brew here. Had to repeat the order 5 times before the employee understood me. I paid and was told they don't have cold brew.
This location seems to prioritize drive thru orders over in store as well.

Never washed / changed gloves after handling money then prepared my bagel. I ask for a refund and they acted like they didn’t understand me. Disgusting

I just received an undercooked/raw croissant and egg shells in my sandwich. C’mon man… why do y’all charge so much while providing such low quality food/service?

EDIT: just found a very course hair in the bottom of my ice cap! Never coming back to this place again. Honestly considering calling an inspector.

This is a terrible tim Hortons. I had to beg to be served. I was never acknowledged by the staff and when I was it was garbage service.

I'm the only person in line 10 minutes for a toasted bagel and a coffee the bagel was cold and the coffee was garbage
never going back to that dump again and the bathrooms are disgusting

Handicap door opener isn’t working, no wifi as well. Staff made me a wrong order too. The owner of this Tim Hortons clearly doesn’t care. Everything is worn out and unpleasant.

I went into the store I purchased two coffees with a $20 bill I was handed back $5 and change. I later realized this and immediately phoned the store. Very disappointed with the results as I explained what happened, essentially they called me a liar that it was impossible that could happen.

Slowest and most dirty tim hortons I have ever seen. The door handle was broken and the automatic door open button was not working. They also had an entrance and exit door, but the entrance was at the end of the line whike the exit was the start of the line so what the hell is the point? Lol

Tim used to be more than good before, but now a lot of things have been changed. They concern about the money more than good service and it’s not cheap anymore.

Pretty terrible Tim Hortons, it was SUPER busy as it always is, especially in the morning. Service was slow and they had no sausage when we went.that was very interesting to hear at around 10am. A place like this shouldn't run out of a very popular breakfast protein, pretty sad to be honest.

When it comes to Tim Hortons it's a hit and miss the people know what they're doing and some people don't I've ordered the cold brew with roasted hazelnut for over a week, I then went to the Tim Hortons on King and Green Hill, what a chore that was. The first thing they did was ask me if I want whipped cream on top I told them the drink does not come with whipped cream they said yes it does I said no thank you, then I asked for my cold brew to be roasted hazelnut they told me it only came in French vanilla
Having said that when I got my drink and tasted it I said this doesn't taste like cold brew they assured me it was then they proceeded to charge me extra for my hazelnut shot. I actually got a iced coffee.
I was in a hurry I needed to get to work I ended up going to another Tim Hortons on my lunch break and when I asked for a cold brew with almond milk with roasted hazelnut the girl didn't even ask me any questions she just made it.brilliant

Didn't know what i was served. Ordered the new loaded cilantro lime chicken wrap. There was everything in the wrap But cilantro and lime. Was this suppose to be like this or this was a mistake. Either way bad experience.

Literally a god awful Tim hortons, ordered a bacon and egg on a biscuit breakfast sandwich, they gave me an untoasted english muffin with literally 2 pieces of just straight up cheese not cooked or melted, whole sandwich wasn’t even cooked. I asked them to redo it and watched the lady literally pretend to make a new one and hand me the same sandwich back. I asked for my money back. The interior is also disgusting, like they barely ever clean inside. I watched them knock an entire pitcher of brewing coffee all over the ground and barely clean it. A warning to anyone going here, don’t. One of the worst locations in the city

I’ve been Tim Hortons customer for many years using their stores in different Ontario’s cities as well as other Provences and have to tell you today I witnessed and received one of the poorest, lowest and most horrible customer service experience from one of staff member and store manager that made me write this review hoping that Tim Hortons head office train these people how to serve their customers with respect and professionalism. This afternoon around 1: 30 pm I went to this location to buy food for lunch. I wanted to use a coupon that I had from their app offering two chicken bacon ranch for $8. I got to ordering board started to speak to a lady who didn’t great me at all and sounded so in rush even though there was no car behind me so I finished ordering and moved to pick window asking cashier for the total as the small $$$ total board showed 0.00 but received no answer, asking again still no answer.she was talking to other team members inside the store. I used my Tim card to pay anyways and immediately checked my balance noticed that the coupon didn’t go trough and I was charged regular price. I asked the lady why my coupon wasn’t used.she told me that because I ordered just chicken wrap not chicken bacon ranch wrap which was on promotion. I politely explained that she was wrong and I ordered the right promotional food but she insisted in very rude, mean and unprofessional way that she didn’t make any mistake pass the blame to me. I asked for the manager after I noticed that my discussion with team member wasn’t going any where. Store manager came pretty much repeated what the First Lady said in even more rude and mean manner offering no apology so I decided to end my conversation and asked for her name to escalate the case to their head office but she refused to write down her name and closed the window on me? Wow, wow and wow. Have these people passed any customer service course learning the basic and fundamental of customer service? Did that store manger know the basic meaning of customer centricity? I’ve seen so many bad customer service which but this one by far was the worst one. Maybe it’s time to leave and take my few hundred dollars food and coffee monthly spending somewhere else. So so disappointed.

Went through the Drive thru at this location and the person working in the DT didnt give me a doughnut that was part of my order. They were pretty backed up so I left without checking. I guess my mistake. I just so happen to be in the area a couple hours later so I went through the drive thru again and placed another order. When at the window, I tried to ask the same employee that was working when I went through the first time about it and they looked at me and said " No. I have been working here all day and I never saw you". I am here to tell you that I make enough money that I dont need a free doughnut. I was just hoping to get the one I paid for. And I wouldn't care if she just said Sorry sir, I cant do anything about that. But the fact that she looked me in they eyes and said "I have been here all day and never saw you" or in other words " your lying" let's just say, I went to this location alot before today. I wont be going to this location again.
