Tim Hortons

Needs to be shut down, you have 0 people skills at this location with some of the rudest employees
Drug addicts all in the sitting area and in the bathrooms, even doing drugs and passing out in the bathrooms
Employees yelling at people and being rude when you ask a simple question about anything big or small they get upset like big children
They open and close whenever they feel is good for them
Up to an hour later then it says on Google and will leave signs on the door when to many employees don't show up they close shop

I had an extremely disappointing experience at the Tim Hortons coffee shop. The washroom was unclean, and the food preparation area lacked hygiene standards. Moreover, the staff displayed a concerning level of unprofessionalism. I have never encountered such a poorly managed Tim Hortons before. The overall visit left me with a negative impression, and I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone seeking a pleasant and hygienic Tim Hortons Coffee Shop

Bad service, I was waiting a long time without any service. This branch have to shoot down

I was just here not 20m ago. Asked for large DD and medium FV. How did I end up with a med COFFEE REGULAR? Same person who takes our order every day.sometimes multiple times a day. It's always MINE to get messed up lol not the first time nor the 20th to do so.

Oct 5th - son n law buys us a coffee and walks back with it just for.me to finish it with a MOUTHFUL of coffee grounds

One lady who's in there every morning, ALWAYS rushes us off.once I forgot my.bank card, another time, we forgot to grab our change, 3rd time we forgot part of our order. This is what happens when she yells, "next up! ", as she's passing me our order

Delightful staff even though the drive through was backed up all the way to the street.order was correct which is a problem at the one near my house.

This location need a good cleanup, there is 1000's of cups just over the fence in there parking lot, please have someone look at it.

This Tim's is a very convenient and fast paced one. I came here a few days ago and I was very skeptical on what drink to get because it was my first time getting a drink at a Tim's, so naturally I needed time to think. The cashier was very kind and patient about it and told me to take my time since the store wasn't that busy.

After a few minutes of thinking I finally decided on what to get and the quality of the food was very good and adequete. The store is well kept and clean, but the interior and exterior atmosphere and the crowd isn't ideal.

I would say its a very good Tim's overall, but not the perfect atmosphere to stay and eat, study, or just hang out.

Have to walk way down there from uptown to beable go time and use washroom have coffee be. Around people.sigh.

Good coffee, snacks & meals! Friendly service, new location with young employees but they are trying & learning!

The most sketchy tims I have every visited. Please don’t ever walk in. The place is always full of weird sketchy people starring at you and making signs as if they are asking for smokes and stuff. ‍
