Tim Hortons

Horrible service inside the restaurant. When I arrived there were 8 people waiting in line and it took over ten minutes for just one to get served! I then waited another 10 minutes to get served. The employee who eventually took my order made no apology for the extremely slow service in fact he just slammed my coffee down and didn’t say a word. There were plenty of employees around sweeping, cleaning up, chatting etc, they seemed to be purposefully ignoring customers, rude!

The guy on reception who takes the order in the morning is rude and racist. This is the second time I faced racism over there by that same person. Never coming back.

Rudest staff I've ever met in my life. More focused on their petty personal drama than helping their customers.

There's one stand-out reason for providing this review to an otherwise average Tim Hortons shop.
My husband and I stopped by for a bite to eat and a hot coffee on our way through town. The young gentleman who assisted us: his name is Logan, was absolutely wonderful! He took our order with a genuine smile and was very helpful in understanding our multiple requirements (no bacon, double toasted, etc.etc.) He created such a heartwarming customer experience, that he deserves the recognition for a job well done.
Logan, I've worked with many young people in my career and I can tell right away if someone's "got what it takes to succeed. ":) You've got the obvious characteristics and winning attitude of someone who will go far (if you choose to do so)! I wish you good luck and Godspeed in your career and life! Keep your smile on and your great attitude!
Tim Hortons, this is the kind of employee who deserves recognition and praise! Treat him with the appreciation he deserves. Your customers notice and benefit from the difference he makes to your reputation!

This woman gives wrong orders to her boyfriends baby mother on purpose, constantly goes live at work, vapes thc and goes back to work. I see nothing but disrespectful tendencies from this worker, constant.and as a previous timmies employeee, i know this is unacceptable. Thats all, thanks.

Lucas was the best customer service I have had in a very long time. Great conversation, very friendly and efficient.

Place can’t do anything right. Start hiring people who can speak English. Completely messed up my order. Waste of time and money.

Bathrooms are always very clean. It's a pretty busy place on the weekends. The drive thru always has a long line up.

Terrible service. I visited many Tim Hortons and this one is the worst. I'm surprised it's still open.

My only complaint is I ordered ahead ND said to be ready now and I still waited about 10 minutes in the store
