Every time I come this location is always out of chocolate tim bits it's very disappointing and this is the 2nd time my hot chocolate tasted like water I will not be going back to this tims in the furture

Workers are so slow took them 10 mins to make my ice coffee when there was 20 workers just for them to get it wrong. I found hair in my food aswell so much for the hair nets

My regular going to. I think they changed the owner. Everything is so different from the last time I visited. That was the first time I came to Tims and they actually said welcome. The crew there were so polite and nice to me. They helped me using the app and even helped carrying my drink to my car.

Near my workplace. Staff so friendly. Good environment to stay if you’re wanna be out of your office:). A lot of food options. They’re now have honey bacon gonna be my favourite.

Amazing service from gab. She is such a sweet heart. Lovely meeting her. Definitely going to come back for her.

Donut selection is getting worse everytime I go.
Update still has a lack of selection.

This Tim Hortons is horrible!
Why even sell donuts, as they never have a selection of donuts or timbits.
And when I asked if they had the powered sugar filled donuts, I was treated like an alien, & told they haven't had that kind in a very long time

If you're looking for a variety of donuts or timbits, then go anywhere but this location.

Also I find the staff here not so friendly, when asking questions about what they have, they seemed to be annoyed.

This is my reason for 1 star.

Sorry but maybe try a little harder, also when your job is working with customers (and they're only asking questions in regards to purchasing) maybe attempt to help them, and not make them feel uncomfortable for asking.

Worst Tim Hortons I’ve been to. I’ve had to go back in multiple times within the last week because from food to drinks, my order has almost always been made wrong. You would think you’d be getting what you’re paying for, especially since prices have gone up. I always ask for 2 milk in my coffee, yet I rarely have it made the way I ask. If you’re looking to start off your day with a coffee made right, this location is not suggested. Never used to have this issue here, but recently has been worse than ever.

Ryan through the drive thru was THE BEST! We come to this Tim’s quite often. With the weather being awful their POS system was down. Ryan was such a great guy while everything was sorting itself out.

I was served the coldest coffee in my life! I get my coffee often in the early morning through drive thru, and the lady that work Night Shift there has always an attitude. She really seems don’t care about customers at all. If you need your coffee late nights or early mornings, go somewhere else, don’t waste your money here.

Great food, great service, and the staff make custom coffees really well too. The only issue is that sometimes a lot of people gather in line at the drive-through, but due to the food quality I'd say it's worth it especially when compared to other Tim Hortons nearby.

Staff are incredibly rude also the service is slow. The place is unsanitary but the food is ok.

Bad customer service.
Wednesday 11: 40pm I finish a shift. I go there to order a tea and a donut. I ask for 1 donut and the guys says we don’t have that, I ask for another one and say I don’t have that, I ask what do you have. He says other things. Whaat? First of all I’m in a drive though. How do I know what you have when you say you don’t have anything.

Last time I go there. Too bad because I go there almost every other day.

Just close it down. Expect your first, second and third choices to be a sorry about that. You'll have better luck in the tiny location built into the gas station across the street when it comes to your order being in stock.
