Tim Hortons

Barely ever politeness at the window. (Only one gentleman is very polite. Total at the speaker, please and thank you. The basics.)
Bought a bagel today lightly toasted with cream cheese and this is what I got. Really? Couldn't even spread it out a little?

Great location my orders are always perfect and it's in a convenience store one stop shop in the morning at work

Drive thru open maybe once a week but somehow line ups form then after 10 minutes of waiting they come out to say drive thru closed someone must have moved the cone. On average 1 staff working cash 1 making drinks 1 on food. It can get busy and they could use more staff to move things along quicker.

I wouldn't shop at a Tim Hortons if someone paid me to. They've got to have the lowest quality of food and beverages I've ever had. And I'm talking about all Tim Hortons, every single one of them. Not only this one. But the circle k is great. The three stars is an average between the two stores. The circle k gets five stars and the Tim Hortons gets one star.

Drive-thru is closed 70% of the time. Orders are made right about less then that. I asked why the driv-thru is always closed was told "not my problem' and told to go away.

Messed up my order and gave me an entirely different wrap than what I had asked for, plus it took at least 10 minutes for me to receive it. Spilled all over my car as it was not wrapped and packaged properly, also got an extremely stale donut. I know this is in a gas station so you shouldn’t expect good service but avoid this Tim’s as best as you possibly can.

Two month update. The seem to not care about drive trough. Drive trough keeps being closed at lest 3 times per week or more. Cafe tates burned mostof the time. Like its been sitting for a while. Unable to create a constant schedule, this tim hurtons is open or closed depending on how early they want to close in the afternoons. The schedule show on the website or Google times is not fallowed. Morning time is great:) afternoon is a gamble. I believe they staff means well and im thankful for their services.obviously there is a lack of leadership.

They get my order wrong every time, and I order straight off the menu. And many times, I've waited in drive-thru for 15 mins just so they can tell me they don't have hashbrowns at 9 am. It's truly impressive.

The order had zero issues and the coffee was definitely fresh which is awesome as sometimes some timmies just write a new time on the pot when no ones around. Only issue is I felt more like I was inconveniencing them with the tone and simple interaction I had with them at the drive-through.

To note they weren't rude or anything like that, just very short and had a "take your stuff and go" kind of attitude that was a bit of a buzz kill. Overall I'd return and just hope the girl at the drive through was just having a bad day.

I have been lining up in this Circle K / Timmies since the mid '00s and unfortunately the restaraunt as a whole has really gone downhill over the past few years. It's always a wait in the morning, and most of the time the coffee tastes burnt. The staff doesn't exactly seem happy to be there. Breakfast sammies are the saving grace here, when they're toasted properly. Not a bad Timmies, but not exactly a good one either.

They were super busy yet still getting everyone's breakfast at a solid steady pace. Always is tastey.
