Rudest staff ever, no one cares about you and no one wants to deal with you and the way they do, is just so rude. Never coming back here.

I stopped in to this location last week to buy some smile cookies.was afraid they would be sold out.but seen they had lots in the display fridge. I asked for two cookies.not 2 seconds later.the staff member at the counter handed me two separate bags with one cookie in each.which was okay.but the front of the bags had grease soaking through & when I looked in the bags, the icing was squished up inside of the bag? I asked the staff member "The icing is melted & mushed in the bag.is this how you are selling these? " The staff member said "yes" I said "are you kidding? " she said "no" I shook my head & walk away. I guess it was just really all about donating to local charities & not the cookies.but I will not go back to this Tim Hortons again

Thanks to the owner/manager Sharon and her staff for their quality of food great customer service! I count on them for product consistency and always address my concerns as well as my kudos with respect and appreciation!

Don't know what was going on but it seemed staff were over booked on skip as they were too busy to take my order.

They don't like when you order any food. If you do they make you feel soooo uncomfortable. Would you rather make 25 dollars or 2. Cause if you hate seving people food just serve coffee. But when someone orders 4 basic breakfast sandwiches don't have your manager say oh my God that's a lot. I'm sorry but is the average family not a family of 4 should one person not eat cause tim hortons thinks that's to many to order. And they never have any hot food past 6pm why say you sell food to 10 but never have anything.

We were extremely disappointed in the new steak bowl. Was not much steak, and it was in little pieces.

We will not order it again. It looked nothing Ike it does on television

This place is horrendous for not stirring their drinks (tea and coffee) if your going for drinks you mise well go to the location at nebo and rymal. Honestly how hard is it to stir the drink you do everything else but the most important part

Just spoke to a man because my order from door dash was awful and he was so rude. He said oh we are busy. Are you kidding me? That’s your job. Terrible customer service. Do better!
