This place has really gone downhill over last couple of months, it's very sad. This used to be my go to location. I won't go into too much detail about my past few experiences here, but my advice for anyone who uses the drivethru. Double check your order before leaving! So many mistakes.

Worst Tim's I've ever been to, at around 4pm, no line, just me, my one item order was an iced coffee made with almond milk. There is a TON of ground up coffee grinds at the bottom and the base/sweetener they put in wasn't mixed properly so it was all sitting at the bottom, took a sip and got a mouthful. Never going back so disappointing.

God forbid anyone here knows how to make a coffee. If you get a coffee, it never has sugar in it, and if it does it's never stirred.
Thought I'd give it another go. Disapointed just like last time.
Go two chicken craveables, two tops on one sandwich, and two bottoms on the other.
Both sandwiches didn't have lettuce, and had crispy onions on them for some reason.
Is anyone actually trained at this location?

Ordered a caramel iced coffee, don't remember ordering coffee grinds in the bottom.

Ordered a simple black coffee and 10 pack of assorted Tim bits, asked for a few plain for the pup. They loaded the black coffee with at least 3 sugars and no plain Tim bits. It was quiet, no excuse. Did not clue into the sugar in the coffee until we got home, had to dump it. Do not advise you spend your money here.

Asked for 3 sandwichs and a chill with cheese and a side of Chipotle first they give me a chilli with the lid off burned my girl friends hand and I get home with it and they put the Chipotle on my chilli idk why someone would think that's okay I'm very displeased with my experience

Not very good service. I asked for a rice bowl. Slow cooked. Confusion behind counter. No communication with the customer. Told them three times what I wanted. Burnt my mouth on the FV never had that before. Large cup was down a quarter of the way, I got crispy not slow cooked and the rice was cold. Dont think I will be back. Things are expensive and this was a waste.
