Tim Hortons

I regret to inform you that your employee, SARA, working at this Tim Hortons branch, has displayed extremely rude and disrespectful behavior not only towards me but also towards the drivers who come to take orders. I firmly believe that this employee urgently needs to undergo customer service training as her conduct is entirely inconsistent with the principles of customer service.

I like this location they have a chocolate cruller donut its unique but we're rude about my dog so can't say I'm satisfied dogs 7 lb quiet stays in my arms like a child he's loved by all normally

It is not a fancy place but love good prices of tim hortons, we dont have it in California and i miss it.

My buddy walked in to order some stuff. He walked in and saw what I wanted wasn't available so he sat down to call me. Within seconds a manager approached him and reprimanded him for sitting down and calling instead of ordering, saying he can only stay if he ordered something. There was not many others in the restaurant. She was just being rude because she was bored. Needless to say, he did not order and left instead of dealing with her. If you're interested in going here, be wary as a Karen lurks within.

Small tims that always busy and no drive-Thru and the self order kiosks inside are broke and have been for a while and haven't been maintenanced

Fantastic chai latte! I was talking about it the whole week. Can't wait to visit Canada again to have one.

I go here every day and it's either extremely understaffed or the staff they have is clueless. I am always polite and I always wait however I don't understand how it can take this long for service.

Worse white Karen Lady here will never come back to this horrible Tims literally the worst place in Town! Disrespectful only because I took a straw after waiting forever to get one.

Was able to order a Cold Brew, as it's on both menu physically and online. Yet I was told "we don't sell cold brew coffee' when I got there.lol

Likely the worse Tim Hortons in the Tri-City area. Never any stock for food items to order and the service is always extremely slow. Does not matter how many staff are working or that there is no drive thru to worry about. Better off going to Northfield and Davenport at least there they will have food to order.

The guy working there had trouble understanding what I was saying. I was born and raised in this neighborhood, he obviously had an accent from somewhere else. Just seemed odd that I had to repeat "small double double" a total of 3 times before he finally got it, although I wasn't convinced until I actually got my coffee. The masks didn't help the situation either.

Waited in line for 20 minutes just to place an order for a couple of breakfast wrap combos. After the overly long wait time, which was not acknowledged by staff, the order ended up being wrong. I was in a rush and had no time to ask them to correct it. I have been to this location several times and have experienced overly long waits each time. It seems they spend too much time focusing on skip-the-dishes style orders than on the people currently in the restaurant.

The slowest Tim Hortons I've ever been to in my life. If there's more than 2 people ahead of you, you'd better have brought a good book. Horrible horrible horrible staff.

Worst tim hortons around. Can’t get an order right even if it’s just a coffee. Want a bagel toasted? Hope your good with slightly warm bread. I get faster service at service ontario

Worst managed Tim's in the country hands down. Never less than 10 -15 minute wait (with only 3 orders up, not super busy), and they often mess up the order. Today was my last time at this location, won't ever be back. Ordered a steeped tea and a coffee with sweetner, received two coffees with sugar despite clearly articulating the order 3 times.

This place is awesome, no matter which Timmies you go to it is the same price and guality. You can always depend on great coffee & sandwiches.

I see a lot of people on here complaining about slow service and that their food wasn’t good or was cold but I’ve also seen it where a worker has said we are waiting five minutes for potato wedges over five minutes for this and you guys are full grown adults who work in customer service so you say freak out. I’ve watched a few people be yelled that I’ve also watched customers whine and cry over waiting three minutes for a fresh coffee
