Great food and drinks. The staff is really good as well. Quick service and accurate with my orders.

I just went to drive through to get bagel and tea, i asked the girl who was taking orders for drive through for bagel with hash brown, instead of telling me that they don’t have hash brown. She was yelling at me and she was so rude. Staff need to be trained. I don’t know why they don’t have manners, manager should talk to staff and tell them about customer services. Very bad service and worst staff i have ever seen.

Don’t come after 5PM - they are ALWAYS sold out of everything (food). We tried many times and just had to drive to the next Timmy’s at Ford. Impossible to place an order: “sorry we sold out of this” “oh sorry we ran out of that too”.

Very disappointed with how this tim Hortons handles food.
Went in after a long day of work looking for something to eat, ordered myself a Turkey sandwich on a bagel, and received a pile of thrown together ingredients that’s not only looked disgusting but tasted disgusting. Tim Hortons used to be a lovely place to pop in for a quick bite and experiences like this show me that is NOT the case anymore. Very disappointed. Management needs to do better, Tim Hortons needs to do better.

Steeped tea with 1/2 sugar ended up with cream and gobs of sugar. Donuts were very "dry".

Ask for two sugger one cream, they forgot my proper order. And I realized after left the during driving

Theirs only ever 1 person at the till during peak hours, for people who have breaks at work thiers no way to get a simple coffee and get out in 15 min. Bad location to many newbies to get things done quickly. 90% of the staff are behind makeing orders and one person is takeing them. Very inefficient this location has gone downhill quick.
