Tim Hortons

Told the woman at drive through 3 times I wanted 1 extra large double double and waited 5 min for a black coffee
They dont listen.

I place my order over there by drive thru. I only want to say when i reached at window the girl over-there copied me. Staff is too disgusting. I only want to recommend that if you are serving others dont behave weird with them.

The staff were rude, missed items on my order.

I asked for them at the window, and they had trouble understanding how to sell food.

The only thing I would say again and again, they should have some beyond meat or veggies stuff in the menu,

They don't let use their washroom even though it's available and delight on your face that it's cleaning but it's not. And when you read there was nobody inside the washroom. The brown a****** guy over there set it's cleaning and he lied and everybody telling him why are you doing this Petro gas station and Tim Horton not worth it

Worst tim hortons to go too! Never to to any tim hortons on trafalgar rd all owed my the same person and all service is bad and quality is horrible

Very fast service however food quality very disappointing. Ordered a Bagel BELT (Bacon Egg Lettuce tomato) but received a bagel with one cold piece of bacon, slice of cheese and egg fallen out of the bagel. Not even sure what it was. Should have taken a picture….

Zero star experience.
Manager Name: Sharon i never saw that much rude person in customer service before, most lazy person, when we try to talk with her about the issue her reply was “I don’t care” if she got issues or bad attitude this kind of workers should quit job if they can’t serve people well. She spoiled up someone’s day. Never went to tim hortons who’s customer service is this poor. People are paying to get coffee not to deal with someone’s bad behaviour.
Shame on tim Hortons employees, her attitude is a big slap on customers face.
