Tim Hortons

It is one of the busiest Tim Hortons and you must expect the right quality all the time.
I ordered 3 breakfast sandwiches this morning and all were burnt!

They told me that they had everything bagel but that didn’t had any seasoning and the amount of cream cheese they put in that was miserable. And the coffee wasn’t hot. My experience was really bad. Never coming back. They should be truthful to their situation. If they have lack of a competent they should tell the customer. Not expected.

Employees here are rude and not well trained. Ordered two donuts and asked to put it separately in two bags, and the employee was upset about it and gave me an unpleasant look.

I went in there cuz I really needed to go to the bathroom and this was the closest Tim Hortons I can come to. I ordered a coffee but I also wanted something just protein with no carb Stephen was more than happy to do a sausage and egg wrapped in lettuce. Amisha in the back made it for me.
Oh my goodness they were so kind. They didn't have to do this for me but they did! Keep up going extra mile with kindness

I go to this Tim hortons at least twice a week on my way to school. Every time I go here and there are managers working they are EXTREMELY rude to their staff. Last week one of them even YELLED at an employee who has a studder to "JUST SPEAK" extremely unprofessional and entirely a human rights issue to treat someone with a disability that way. Will be avoiding this store as well as the one connected to the gas station across the road that's operated by the same owners. I hope the management gets the discipline they deserve and get fired.

Probably the best Boston cream donut I’ve ever had from TimHortons, and it was from this location. I know it seems like such a random review, but the donut was so good, I felt compelled to leave a review.

Went to pick up some cheese tea biscuits and I saw they were out. Seems the store manager Jessica over heard my request and noted there were fresh ones coming out out of the oven shortly if I wanted to wait. Of course I did! 1/2 dozen warm fresh biscuits with my double double.perfect experience!
