Tim Hortons

Is this a joke? Coffee leaked all over myself and my car. Someone clearly cut the side. Burning hot coffee all over the place.

This Tim Hortons is absolutely disgusting and disgraceful, all the staff including the manager swear and are not friendly at all and I have tried many times to get coffee and it’s always curdled plus their garbage bins inside store are nasty, I have pictures like really does anyone there really know how to do their job, shameful!
Should be closed down the other timmies by McDonald’s is waaaaaaaaaaay better JS!

Order taker was rude did not listen when order placed, messed up coffee order. Order was small tea with milk and sugar, medium coffee with just cream, three other customers confirmed that's what was ordered but server argued, instead saying sorry, argued. Don't know if I will go back there again, or make a trip to the other Tim's.

Coffees very dehydrated after effects dizziness couldn't stop drinking water for hrs before rehydrated

Overall a pretty good experience. Great people and food. Corporate needs to open their mind and increase wages so people are willing to work there. They are understaffed.
