Very satisfied with customer service. Mostly one of the girl in the afternoon with eye glasses. She knows how to treat a customer with friendly and politely.

I come here every Saturday morning. I order the same thing and every time it's wrong and has to be remade. A bacon breakfast sandwich on a sesame seed bagel, NO cheese. I didn't order a BELT, or on an English muffin or with cheese. But that what I keep getting.better staff training, or learning to pay attention may be in order

No idea why the staff is always frustrated even though when there is no rush. I ordered my lunch and the salad they put in my lunch was rotten. No idea, they are saving money to provide the rotten salad or they are just show their frustration on clients food.
No doubt that people gave them 0 or 1 star, because when I read the people reviews it’s totally understandable that the management is very careless

This is what i got today in the name of cold foam. I had some sips of coffee and going through some stomach problems at this moment. I am not able to eat anything, because i am trying to eat, i am vomiting out. This can not be true. You call this a coffee?

Just bad service stop in this morning got 2 coffees tried to order the smile cookies my surprise they are not doing them the lady said so leave with the coffees to my surprise it tasted like it was made a week ago very disappointing please look in to this location

Love coming here every day just to see the homeless people sleeping here they ask you for money. What a beautiful place to go every day minus 100000 stars
