The counter staff was friendly, funny and made a great cup of coffee.

I ordered two chicken cravables. They were absolute garbage, the bun tasted expired, and the lettuce had turned black. I was eating in the store and I complained to them about it, they were like we're sorry, sir. I didn't ask for a refund or exchange, but they didn't have courtesy to offer anything themselves.

Worst ever Tim h I ever been to, didn't get thr right order after repeating twice. The staff was not helpful I should say very rood to us. The place not very clean. Avoid this place.

Coffee was good as usual. It was hard to hear the order taker (drive thru) and she gave no instructions. She spoke for about 3 seconds to confirm the order but said nothing about proceeding. It was a disappointing experience and a very SLOW one.

Sat waiting to order for 8 mins, and no one even acknowledged or said hold on their busy. Then when we ordered the guy just seemed like he didn't want to be there. We waited another 10 mins for a plain toast bagel buttered. Very disappointed with the service.

Ordinarily one of the better locations but today's visit has once again proven that Kathleen Wynne's drastic increase in the minimum wage forced on small businesses did nothing to attract more capable employees. Also of note, no roll up rolls on a $13 bill.

Arrived at this location at 9: 50 PM as it says it’s open till 11PM. Got no greeting on the speaker drove up to the window after a few minutes. The staff then tried to hide. Pulled around to the front to go inside instead and multiple staff members were laughing and standing there. Tried to go in the drive thru again and then a staff member rudely said they are closed. When it clearly shows it’s open until 11PM. Terrible service.

Tims has gone so far down hill. I'm done with them. All i get is steep tea and they can never get it right. Bye bye tims

This should be a 1 Star but if you put 1 they sometimes don't get shown. Whoever has white hair and worked here Feb 8 at around 8: 30am you need to wear a net. I'm disgusted. The white hair was right on top across of the top of chocolate.

Was ignored till I asked if anyone was going to serve me. To be told "I am the baker and the girl is late. " The "baker" did not have a issue serving the person before me. The drive threw person was leaning against the counter, no customers at the window. And 2 employee's on break or shift completed were in the dining area. Customer service was horrendous not a hello be with you in a minute sorry about your wait nothing. I worked myself at Tim Horton's another location for years if this is the training they get now I am disgusted. Will never go to this location again. But I think the real issue was I am the wrong nationality.racism is still around only white people can't use that card and be heard.

Save yourself the anger, and go to the one across the street. Out of convenience I used to go here, but there’s no way I’ll be going back. Under staffed with people who aren’t trained for a customer service job. Did a mobile order, waited over 15 minutes to be told 2 items weren’t available. I was asked to pick something else, which I didn’t want and asked for them to just give me a credit on a Tim’s card. The girl who was working on cash went to speak to whoever was on the food station. He got so angry at the staff asking who took the order knowing the items weren’t available, and after explaining it was a mobile order he said to just give me another item. Now at this point it’s over 10 minutes of me being in the store. They refused. I walked out of there with nothing in lieu of the items missing from my original order. Just don’t go here.
